  1. Crazy For You 1985 shaped 7'' picture disc, has everyone's gone "tea stained"? Should I bother buying one?

U got it in one PM = air contact.
The t-staining as-as-i-know can be because of smoking or just a bad batch or cheaper plastic used.
Some people selling CD's reckon even a scratched surface = Mint Condition if the thing plays with no skips.
Or that a record or CD can never be truly 'mint'.
This just means the non-t-drinking picture discs 'if' any exist might be pricier ??

I managed to pick up the Angel picture disc which is still clear, looking at the Borderline one at the moment and will probably buckle and get it (Even though the prices are quite high the hoarder in me really wants it). The Crazy For You one though just seems so difficult to find still clear. Must be really frustrating to slowly watch your collection turning brown :s

Yes indeed, I've bought again Into The Groove and Dress You Up as the original became darker... It's heartbreaking really cause they really are beautiful!! The new ones will turn brown eventually! My Crazy For You is pretty ok, more yellow than brown. Bought it perfectly clear in 2000 but now, it's yellowing and I'm not a smoker nor display it or let it bathe in the sunlight... It's hopeless...

I once talked with an ebayer whose family member worked in the factories making these pic disc, the reason of the bad aging is the quality of the plastic, an element of it was instable and deteriorated with time...They improved the formula by the Angel Pic disc and the following ones kept they transparent and clear qualities!!..
