I don't see the problem...if u want madonna without photoshop see her instagram (the one without filters)

photographers have their own styles.. they choose how to photoshop a picture

It's the cheeks!!  looks like it was done some time ago (short hair?)  could be better in the flesh so to speak, at least we will get several different versions/covers to collect

You can't just blame Madonna, it is a business and it isn't all Madonna's decision. Harper's would have done their own tweaking to the photos too.
