According to the website www.madonnarama.com, Madonna has collaborated on this crap-track (sorry, but I can't really define it "song"). I can't really recognize her voice. 

I think it's a super bullshit. At least... I hope so. 

What do you think about it?

And then... who the hell is "Quavo"?

Bell, to be honest I noticed just a little resemblance with Madonna's voice, but I really hoped it was a bad perception due to the beer I just drank.
