Which version of COADF do you prefer?

It was released on CD mixed and so I suppose that would be the original. However, if you’re like me and began really exploring M during our digital age on iTunes, then the unmixed is likely what you first heard. But outside cd in my car, it’s often the unmixed for playlist purposes. Wish American Life had similar going.

I actually prefer the unmixed version now, even though some of the transitions were fantastic. Get Together works better without the ringing, but on the other hand, I like the outro on the mixed version better. It's funny.

I like the mixed version if I play the full album but the unmixed version for individual songs. Especially Get Together

I thought the regular CD was unmixed. The Special Edition with the notebook was mixed.

Mixed feels more natural, but unmixed has better intros obviously. Some songs just go together though like Sorry to Future Lovers and then Future Lovers to I love New York.

The transitions pale in comparison to Donna Summer's On the Radio tho.

Well, up until 2007 I was unaware that an unmixed version existed (shame on me, I know but I didn't have internet at home until that year). I suppose, If i'm going to listen to the full album, I prefer the mixed version. If I want to have one of the tracks on my phone, then I'll go for the unmixed version.
