I think she looked best around American Pie, Next Best Thing time period. Early Guy Ritchie marriage, I guess. She just looked healthy, tanned, sleek, hydrated...

i feel like she had a slight nip/tuck/lip enhancement or something between Evita and ROL.

She had her first MAJOR one after Live8 and before COADF.  THAT was her most drastic change - going from AL face to COADF is wild.......i think she called it a horse riding accident.

From Hard Candy onwards she's just hasnt looked like the Madonna that I was used to....just a new different face.
