A warning is different from a state of emergency though.  They say the show is going to continue, so the main thing to worry about is road closures.  I would try to get there early if possible.  Good luck!

There's a hurricane warning in Philadelphia as well.By the Atlantic City is WAY closer to Philadelphia, 60 miles distance, then NYC, 110 miles distanceIn fact Philadelphia is closer to NYC, 90 miles, then Atlantic City is.

Madonna’s Rebel Heart concert in Atlantic City this Saturday, October 3, 2015 will take place as scheduled it was confirmed today by promoters Live Nation.

 

So as not to disappoint her New Jersey fans, as long as the weather situation stays safe, Madonna is committed to performing tomorrow night’s concert at Boardwalk Hall.

there are a lot of floor seats available on ticketmaster and at stub hub.  floor seats on stub hub are 300 and under.   atlantic city is an odd venue choice in a way, better to do another NYC show

I went to an AC show years ago and it was lovely. Its a great wide open venue and the location has alot of casino foot traffic.
