Hey guys, I know I may not know a lot of you and was gone for a while. Was dealing with a lot of personal demons and being assaulted by my recent ex (in many ways, physically, sexually emotionally) and have been trying to adjust to living a normal life again. I'm not a big fan of religion or anything in particular but I like coming here to see us excited about new Madonna music, videos, discussing even if we tend to disagree. I remember butting heads with Liam and before he left, he gave me advice about possibly getting help. This isn't a pity post but I just wanted to let you guys know I'm glad to find a place and be among great Madonna fans that even on the worst day of my recovery, it makes me feel good seeing you all get excited and enjoy tracks, rumours, news, photoshoots.

I don't think that will happen..yesterday I was at the Royal Albert Hall for Mimi and they checked the seats what you bought and you couldn't leave that spot, but you were able to stand up. They won't let you run.. you will sit/stand where your seat is

So it seems all Lisboa shows are also sold out now. Luckily I got 2 "relatively" cheap tickets for Lisbon yesterday. It was nerve-wracking but at least not as unfair and intransparent as in the other cities. My boyfriend and I always wanted to go to Lisbon anyway, that's a good opportunity.

I became a Madonna fan in 2001 when I found a copy of “The Immaculate Collection” in my grandma’s house and fell in love with all the songs, especially “Rescue Me”.

It is confusing but I'm glad it's a lottery system and not first come first served. Much more fair that way, I could never afford a scalped ticket. Monday is a major holiday here in the states, don't know how much of a factor that will play in ticket allocation but livenation did push back there notification date to June 3rd on madonna.livenation.com so be prepared for a longer wait. At least you're not alone, I'll be hoping and waiting just like you ?

Yes, i heard so. On UK ticketmaster when you click on your ticks there is only what section you sit and seat number and then info "our tickets aren't quite ready to print yet... We’re working with the event organisers on a few final details, before we can make your tickets available. Please check back later.". So its not cool that each city has different rules.

Sis, have you ever been to the theatre? It’s fun! And it goes something like this. People buy tickets at massively varied price levels (which are randomly set by promoters just for the lols ) then they rip out all the seats, open the doors and everyone runs in and stands where they want whilst at comparing how much they paid to stand in the same spot. You’re in for a fun night! There are rare occurrences where they leave the seats in and you sit in whichever row and seat you purchased. Not nearly as much fun.

Guys do you know (cuz its new for us that madonna is in theaters) will all be standing not seating even if we all have sits?

I know I am probably alone but i wish they would leave the religious mockery out. Jesus related themes seem to be the only religion targeted. You never will see her or the company mock so blatantly names from the Islamic faith. I've loved Madonna for most of my life, and even oddly enough Like a Prayer is my favorite tho the Christian in me isalso offended by it. She's made her religious statements and has tried to play God but after a while it is redundant.

When it comes to The Immaculate Collection, it is hard to choose, but i would add Who's That Girl and Causing a Commotion (or Dress You Up). The Second Coming was a perfect title and a logical continuation to The Immaculate Collection. The 90s Madonna was all about quality and art. Some songs like Bedtime Story weren't hits, but they are so important. I think it would have been better if the compilation was released after American Pie during 2000. This Used to Be My Playground Erotica Deeper and Deeper Rain I'll Remember Secret Take a Bow Bedtime Story Human Nature You'll See Don't Cry for Me Argentina Frozen Ray of Light The Power of Good-Bye Beautiful Stranger American Pie New song The Immaculate was released in 1990 and if The Second Coming was released in 2000, then it would have made sense that the third compilation was released in 2010. I don't know about the title, but if it was a box set that included previous compilations, The Holy Trinity would make sense.
