Lets set some things straight. I have read multiple texts from folks, blaming Madonna for money loss, lost flight tickets, her injuries, her behavior, even for the corona virus. Folks who swear they are hardcore madonna fans but demand her to retire. Ok SO, if you are a real fan - friend - lover - follower ►You never demand or even want someone to let go of what they love the most. ►If you like to follow an artist who is super sweet and maybe -fakesweet- go follow someone else. ►When you book tickets for any single happening, concert, holidays, travel, you should always expect unpredictable cancellations and date changes. ►The more you ask her to retire, the more she will not. That is what you don't get and that is why Madonna will never be compared to any other artist. Because she is a fucking lion who does not give a single F for bitches who reflect their real life scenarios into the actual worship they show to their favorite artist. ►I have produced for MADAME X album 7 remixes for her which followed the process of becoming official but did not. I didn't even think for a single moment that she is a bitch for not releasing my remixes. I continued to respect her even more and set my bars higher for the next time. PEACE.

Exactly. Don't like it? Don't buy it. It's as simple as that. It was the special gift for the people who actually bought VIP tickets... V I P. It was never meant to be sold to everybody. I got mine on ebay back in December and even though it was expensive as fuck I don't regret buying it. It's another piece to my gorgeous Madame X collection that only a real fan can appreciate. I am glad they are offering the stock they weren't able to sell. I just hope shipping is not a nightmare like the last time

When you're selling a tour book more expensive than many of the tickets for the same show, there's something wrong with it. But please go on and defend her.

Imagine justify and defending this. A limited SEX reissue or something worth the price tag would be more of an event than simply selling the remaining stock. Those SHOULD be given to those who had VIP and the show was cancelled.

As someone who has one for getting a VIP ticket, I think its a slap in the face to anyone who thought their "gift" was exclusive. Now anyone in the world can have one. So buy a VIP ticket on LOTTERY, get a seat next to people who bought them for 1000 less on ticketmaster. (probably the day of) Get VIP concessions... for me, big carrots and convenience store cookies, and then a beautiful "exclusive" book that she'll sell at the end of the tour to take the magic away. What's the perk of purchasing a VIP ticket again?

M should do a final run through in the empty theatre before leaving Paris just for the cameras. Surely she has the time and the crew available now? She could plug any gaps/issues with the Lisbon footage.

Look I was very excited when she came up with all of these personas for MX. They were exciting and fresh for her, I couldn’t wait to see where it went! However once the album released, it really wasn’t anything I was jumping up and down about. And the personas kind of just went nowhere. I thought for sure after seeing her as a spy we’d get another Die Another Day. I thought she’d create something epic with that blue dress look with the pigtails. I was living for it. Anyway. It is what it is. It was a fantastic concept for her but I don’t think she really had a well thought out plan for it. I don’t think she should have toured straight away.

Limited edition special editions coffee table books are expensive. This one it’s not even one of the most expensive. Nobody’s forcing you to buy it.

No, the bad reputation started with Eurovision. Maybe her worst perfomance. I loved the concept of Madame X, but after Eurovision, in my opinion, the "Madame X" era was a mess.

According to NOM, the person chosen as beer bitch on the last show is not a Madonna fan at all... in his "comipedy" show he said: "You wear bodies, you twerk, you are 60, act your age, and die!" When she says she fights for others, he commented: "Easy to say while wearing Versace!"

It was utterly brilliant. One of her best. I can’t stop thinking about it.

I really don't know why a lot of fans hate Madame X. Obviously it was not her best era, but it was... interesting. And coming from Hard Candy, MDNA and Rebel Heart, that is something. Musically it was different, she explored many genres and cultures (I wish she had focused on something more specific, because I enjoy more a cohesive album but okay) and for the first time in years I really feel she sounded fresh. She gave us a lot of videos, and they were all great. My only complaint here is the editing, I would have liked them to be more delicate with it. And then the tour... Unfortunately it didn't go as planned. It was a shame (for all the fans affected in particular) because the reviews were great and Madonna seemed to be really enjoying it. I hope she gets the rest she needs now and have a proper recover.

I couldn't believe my eyes when i read on facebook she was selling the VIP book for 225 dollars "as a way to thank all of you for your incredible support throughout her tour"...but it's true. Look here To compare, I just bought the SEX book last month for...$70 US dollars with everything included, CD, comics, etc. I don't even know if this is a joke at this point?

I would vote for Vogue (I adore Shep Pettibone) but Hung Up has two things that I love: the song "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)" and Madonna. So I vote for Hung Up.

The album campaign started out strong, but then it just feels like she lost the support of the "label". "Promo singles" were sent out, and were all over the Net before you could even buy them, Videos were released within short periods of time, with no accompanying singles (Where are the "God Control" remixes and video on digital retailers, yet remixes for IDSIF were sent out??). Why no remixes for Dark Ballet or Future? Why not release a Live Video for IDSIF to promote the single and the Tour? It's the same thing every time with Live Nation/Universal: it starts out strong and then, once the Tour starts, it all goes tits up and everything starts to get shaky in terms of promotion and releases. Madonna even has to shell out the money for her own videos. Now, that she's free, hopefully she can find an agency/promoter and label who will be interested in her music...you know, the driving force in her career.

I saw my first show in Las Vegas which had a very late start time with a very irate audience booing and screaming at her for much of the night. Next I saw her in Los Angeles with the most adoring crowd I have seen. It was absolutely incredible and nothing I have experienced before. This era has had the most ups and downs but also brought back some of the mystery and intrigue that made Madonna so special in my opinion. It has been different, defiant and a complete roller coaster. I'm just glad I got to experience it and no matter what is next I will be there for it!

I personally feel anyone that had a show cancelled on them or had to reschedule should be mailed one of those books for FREE. That would have been the right thing to do. This is just another in the long line of PR disasters for her. Just seems like a slap in the face and bad timing to put that book up for sale after all the cancellations, people losing money on hotels, plane fare etc.

I'm side-eying this. Now, if they offered it to people whose shows were cancelled, or perhaps offered it at a discount to those fans, that'd be neat. But alas, with all those cancelled shows, Madame X needs some cash for a new pair of shoes

Oh my !!!! you should all go to her official facebook and read the storm of comment this new post is causing !!!! This got to be the craziest funniest thing she has ever done ??? Basically everyone is absolutely shocked and outraged, saying the less she and her team could do is to send the book for free to all the people who got their show cancelled at last minutes and that her way to thank people is to offer (to quote her) a book at 230 $ ??? a lot of fans are burning their fan cards 9n facebook right now it's hysterical ???

What a rip off - I would rather spend that money on a like a prayer box set with demos - BA tour and remastered videos but it will never happen ?

Here we go again... The wait is always the worst! I felt like I was going to be crazy with the Rebel Heart release... and it's starting again with the Madame X tour release... Rumors are going to come up, "Someone said...", "I've heard that..." so I am deciding to avoid this thread, pray that the release will be this year, without too much effects on the video, a nice audio. Something good to make justice to the show I had the chance to see the first night in Paris.

I saw the London Feb 8th show and feel very lucky that I got the full show and she was on top form so I only have fond memories. I enjoyed the show immensely!

A Friend went to see her at a London show and asked Ricardo Gomez if there will be a DVD and he replied that if there will be ... it is said that apart from the 2 nights in Lisbon the rehearsal was recorded the day before the opening in Lisbon.
