Yeah streaming is basically advertising for merch and tour revenue. Streaming has literally made songs jingles for live shows. It’s kinda awful. There’s only been such a backlash this year because the live events haven’t been able to go ahead so artist have had literally nothing because only the really really big streamed songs generate revenue and even that is a fraction of what physical sales would have done. There are one hit wonder artists from the 70’s 80’s and 90’s still living off the royalties of one single. That is a fantasy now.

Just take how she interacted with fans during MX Tour or Tears of a Clown and .. that's her in a nutshell. Not great in that capacity.

It’s a money and marketing thing. All about numbers. If all streams and sales go to 1 maxi for a certain amount of weeks, it’ll give them a big boost. If they put EVERYTHING all out at once, the numbers would be very low. Only certain titles would gain big numbers.

Actually thrilled to be fair. When you think they could have just dumped out remixed prayers and be done with it. The artwork gets its place on display where it should be and hopefully the album esque versions are of a better quality than the actual album version.

I’ve been listening to God control everyday in my car and until this day if my head is on a certain position or the volume is on a different range I still hear sounds I’ve never heard before and I’m a dancer they teach us how to hear songs and hidden beats!! last time I was looking to my right side while sitting in my car and I heard a beat I didn’t hear before when I looked straight I couldn’t hear it anymore I looked to my right side again I heard it again, it’s mind blowing how many layers and deep sounds Madame X has.

Come Alive should have been a single, I hope when the time comes to releases some songs/video as teasers like Material Girl, Deeper and Deeper and Living for Love for RHT we get Come Alive, I Don't Search I Find and Extreme Occident, maybe Sodade as well

OMG the isolated bassline in Come Alive at the beginning of that new vid sounds divine!!! I think Come Alive has inched its way to the top of my fave tracks from MX. Such a beautiful and hopeful song.
