What we know about this HD / Maxi release strategy, is that there is no strategy ?

Or used the same Ray of Light performance for S&S? Or used the Revolver choreography for Beautiful Killer at Olympia? Or did Take a Bow 2.0 for the Living for Love music video? Or used music video backdrops for Rebel Heart? Or performed Holiday with the same backdrop as RIT? Or performed the MET Gala Performance at Eurovision? Or repeated all of her Pride performances step-by-step for the Madame X Tour? Or used gas masks in tour after tour? Or how her creative team hasn't changed in any way since 2007, minus album producers and the occasional photographer? Honey, please, the Prince performance just scratches the surface here, I'm afraid. Lol.

Interesting info about "True Blue 35th": "Where's The Party" and "Love Makes The World Go Round" are not available at the moment on the album on Apple Music and iTunes. I think they're replacing them with the correct versions without the issues at the start of each track. Maybe Emily is real and read us after all?

Rebel Heart is the one album that is the most deserving of a proper re-release, with Aviici’s versions included and the demos finished and added. Make it a 3-4 Disc set and include some never-before-seen artworks instead of the juvenile single covers she had.

What you guys think? I would love to see at least Girlie and Confessions in pristine HD. Blond and Re-Invention probably will be released only after M. is gone (let's hope it takes at least more 50 years til this happens).

I don't think she does. I personally don't really see the point of her or the label milking nostalgia and re-releasing the same songs/albums that everyone here already own in various formats. I can't imagine that there's that much revenue to be made from that, other than petty cash from collectors, which only make up a small portion of the fanbase anyway.

I don't know about blu-ray, but if some streaming service get interested in it, maybe we will be seeing it in HD someday... It kinda already happened with TCT, but instead of a streaming service it was a TV channel. So... Hope is a dangerous thing for a boy like me to have but i have it.

I don’t think girlie show or drowned world were filmed in HD but confessions tour London and Paris RIT were - although there is a debate whether the full Paris RIT was filmed ( I think it was ) why they have never been released on blu ray is a mystery but I would love them ?

I don't think so. It'd be so great but musical/concert Blurays and DVDs are disappearing with time. I don't remember when I last saw a music video compilation being released as physical media. Or even concerts. Streaming is killing it. Music videos are on Youtube, concerts on streaming services, it's like the greatest hits concept. In terms of quality that's the worst thing ever.

1) I don't think it's in the back of her head to swiftly put these kind of releases out 2) She doesn't own the masters to her Warner albums, nor is she signed to them (meaning there's no relationship between the 2 parties) 3) She doesn't have a team together thats dedicated to organize such a task. Not Guy or Sara are doing anything about it 4) More importantly, she prob wants a lot of $$$$$ to put these out instead of having to pay any kind of money to remaster/restore and release them

Hun, today's the anniversary , so they basically already did. I guess they thought the "True Blue" re-release will keep us fed for three months? If it were complete, I guess it would've, but I think the reaction has been muted at best, especially considering it's one of the most important albums of the 80s.

Major recording artists like "Gangnam Style"? I think you mean Psy. And it's The Weeknd, not The Weekend. Also a partnership between Madonna and Fortnite would be completely pointless; the Fortnite crowd is primarily composed of pre-teens and teens, many of whom don't listen to Madonna and would most likely be put-off by any tie-in involving her, thereby making it a pointless venture. It makes sense that Fortnite would promote more current artists [or meme artists in the case of Psy], but legacy act tie-ins are pretty much not gonna happen imo.
