Hi all Yesterday Fighter and I transferred the forum over to the new server. I want to give a HUGE thank you to @Fighterfor guiding me every step of the way. If it wasn't for them, there'd be no forum as I really was 'like a virgin' - I think I'm now still a 'baby' Madonna with this, but certainly know a lot more than I did yesterday! Nothing will change, all the same rules, expectations, community standards will remain the same. All moderators will stay the same and I hope @Fighteralso stays as a member/admin! The boys on the MLVC podcast have the author of “Madonna: Song by Song" on their latest episode, and he mentions he was at a club show recently and Honey Dijon played her personal remix of Vogue, and it's amazing. They play his rough recording of it at the end of the episode. Shall we pray it makes it into the 50 remixes set coming #soon?

Hold up… Was it ever confirmed what will constitute this remixes release? Last I recall, an old Club 69 remix of NRM was playing in the background of a video showing her working on the release. I’ve never expected anything more than previously released remixes compiled together (just not a mere playlist). Where are these higher expectations coming from?

Sorry, I might have sounded a bit too much secure of this I guess, I suppose it's a simple compilation of reworked dance hits, either original versions or remixes (for songs like Frozen which are not really dance songs) and it might even include feats as never as before there have been so many solid rumors of collabs, first name being Katy Perry but also many more iirc. That's it, just my two cents on the last hints we got long ago, not even trying to hype up or anything.

Well, she’s a writer, not an actor. She doesn’t live on camera, let alone have her working process filmed and shown to anyone on Instagram. Even Erin looks awkward in those videos too, because she refers to herself as an introvert. Some people are meant to be behind the camera, not in front of it. Mind you, this isn’t the first time Diablo spoke about her writing process with Madonna, the previous times she was very positive about it.

I agree. She always looked uncomfortable in the video with Madonna. In particular, her expression was the look of a poor office worker who wanted to say something to an irritating boss but the boss was next to her, so she's just biting her lips tightly and enduring everything to inside.

What a pity that a video of this catchy and beautiful song has not been made, but apparently Madonna had already decided in advance what the singles of her new album would be (in fact, the videos had already been recorded before the release of the album) and Faz Gostoso was not included in that group even though the song achieved more popularity than all the other songs on the album. A video where Madonna dressed as a dominatrix tries to subdue Anitta who is characterized by her overloaded sensuality would have been great. I think that at least Madonna should have released it as a single in Latin America, I'm sure it would have gone much better than Superstar, a song that went unnoticed in Brazil and that until now I didn't explain to me whose brilliant idea it was to choose it as a single being such a basic song that reminds me of Kylie Minogue songs.

Wow, was out for about a month and only getting back onto the forum, sorta glad I missed this stress. This is my favourite Madonna community and I hope to continue to participate for years to come. 1999 is my all time fav year, in my life and as a Madonna fan, i don't know, there was something in the air that year... American pie then Beautiful Stranger, two wonderful tracks, beautiful melodies and sweet armonies, Madonna's voice like sweet sugar, and two videos where she's effortlessly gorgeous, with both songs and videos on heavy rotations on radios and tv... oh if i could go back in time in my life i would go in 1999 for sure....
