  1. If only it had been the next day but Gaga's tweet was like 4 days after
  2. She knew how to turn them into classics and social commentary. From the MDNA singles I only love GMAYL tbh, GGW and TUTR are too generic for my taste. woops
  3. yes it does seem like a painting that would speak to her a lot.
  4. Yes but this one might be a bit too similar to Music
  5. I don't think producers come up with most/all the melodies for her to be honest, otherwise there wouldn't be a trademark vibe to her work and there is, ovbiously some of the songs you mentioned are the exception, but I do believe she's come up with a lot of stuff herself. Maybe less in recent years. Still as good as WRS is, its too similar to her previous work... GMAYL was unlike anything she had done and I still like the song.
  6. It's also the fact that she's sort of repeating herself. When I was doing the mash-up, Music and Hung Up lined up so perfectly it was crazy. Same key, similar arragements, similar vibe.
  7. No, there's no problem with it being the same track, its just that lately she's been doing it a lot, with Revolver, TUTR, probably GGW.... and they've all been inferior tracks. I want her own inspiration like in 2004 when she wrote all those wonderful demos and 2005 with Confessions.
  8. Not necesarily. When artists wanna become big they may pull a stunt like this withenough money...
  9. IDK he's been around since the 90s. I dont know how big or small he is to be honest but we all know how shady the music industry is. Billboard won't really lose much by being paid to write a big sounding article, clearly the song is gonna be a success so mission accomplished.
  10. That to me is just an angle they gave the article, ovbiously they're not gonna write it like "this person paid us to write this article so here's a snippet of their work". It's just to add to the hype. Promotion.
  11. Billboard was dethroning her a couple of years ago. I don't like 'em. What you say is true, it could be her But the fact that the release is the same original track and it's being released on a label not at all associated with Madonna plus she being still in the studio plus that we seem to know a ton of people who have collaborated with her and Sander is not included, it all adds up to it not being her imho. All the points have buts and ifs, it's just that in summation the odds go way down.
  12. which is precisely everything the madonna fanbase isn't doing right now :stress: remember when Gaga tweeted "get the funk outta my face" and a lot of fans thought they were collaborating? even little monsters inundated Madonna's instagram. If that isn't batshit crazy I dont know what is
  13. Plus the hitsdailydouble thing. That thing is like blind gossip
  14. Well those articles didn't mention Madonna at all. For example: http://www.digitalmusicnews.com/permalink/2014/03/17/beyonceexclusive
  15. well I wouldn't say they are unreliable for wording the article in a misleading way, but I do think they're stupid, though not as much as when Bill Werde was editorial director. They also posted the Mariah album would be a surprise release and it turned out not to be I think...
  16. Well I have hopes for the album, but I have no hopes for surprise releases, nor WRS...
  17. well there's been several articles about a surprise release this year since march on different sources. So I understand people speculate it could be Madonna...
  18. Yes, I don't think they are reliable either I just dont wanna get my hopes up :done:
  19. Yes, but I don't think we have any indication she's gonna release something soon on itunes. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm not gonna speculate nor get my hopes up. Everything that's been said so far hasn't come true.
  20. I'm not saying there isn't a 1% chance of it being her, but I'm just saying, let's not go nuts over it because right now, the chances are SO slim! Drowned Madonna was right about her still being in the studio and no one knew that, so they might be right about the snippet too.
  21. Billboard would showcase it because it was about to be released. Yes its kinda old but still unreleased. I'm sure Spinnin/Kleinenberg paid for that article. He is not unknown though, he has remixed a lot of popular artists. Billboard doesn't have much credibility, they have posted innacurate, misleading info before.. They are the ones after all that said Madonna would be out of the business in 6 months.
  22. Yes, he could've submitted it to her, but we have no reason to think he did. I think that's part of the conspiracy theory now, its all speculation. People were saying that the single/album were coming at the end of may, didn't happen, then it was happening first week of June, didn't happen, then it was happening on June 10, didn't happen. Now it's supposed to happen on friday. And I'd find it sad that she would be releasing a song without any of her input in it musically, since it's the same exact track.... though she's kinda done that in recent years, buying demos and re-recording vocals... woops. It's not like with Music where she took an already existing instrumental and reworked it A TON with Mirwais and then it became this whole other thing.
