Well, we've known about the truncated tracklist for months; doubt anyone cares at this point. In any case, it looks cuter than I expected! Is it a gatefold, looks like a single sleeve with two inner sleeves?

Before summer, I compared all the yellow version barcodes I could find from various online stores and they were identical to the purple barcodes. I think the yellow version was cancelled a while ago, but stores are only now updating their listings.

I'm still loving the compilation and rediscovering mixes I hadn't listened to in ages (also in large part due to the remastering). Happy to see it's actually performing very well, considering it's not a new studio album.

Received my 6LP set this morning from Dig UK to the Netherlands, including a lovely 45 euro customs charge. Oh well, happy to have it

I don't understand why the colored sleeves also appear to be inner sleeves, when the records already come in poly-lined(?) sleeves. No one is going to take those out and put them in the colored paper sleeve, me thinks. I have several boxsets pressed by Record Industry (Hamilton, In the Heights), and the records inside the box come with their own outer and inner-sleaves.. had hoped that would be what those colored sleeves had been. Still can't wait to receive mine!

I could hear some M when she spoke those first initial sentences, but not in that squeaky Material Girl rendition. Alanis was quite good.

If you pre-saved the expanded edition, you'll have to add the standard edition--on Apple Music at least.

Yellow uses 0602445230662 and purple 602445230662.. that's not a very reassuring difference :p, and have seen that before with other releases that were identical. I'm just skeptical because my yellow preorder changed to purple w/o notice.

How do you know? It's on a site without any other fanmade renderings as far as I see, and it was up before the renderings were changed across outlets (i.e. revealing the same label design).

Oh my... first the bloody turd swirl, and now this. I don't like where things are going with the various pressings of this. I saw this a week or so ago, and thought it looked pretty, but who knows what we're actually getting..

The wine-colored galaxy one looks hideous (to me). Hope the yellow is actually happening.. but it seems a little green-rsd who's that girl to me at this point, tbh :p

Is the yellow still happening? I preordered from Amazon NL, but it has since changed to purple swirl--just like another local online store that listed the yellow and now changed that same listing to purple. Some more independent webstores still list the yellow record, but it appears to have the same barcode as the purple.. (makes me think it will just be purple, and some stores haven't updated their listings yet). I thought yellow was the European variant and purple for the US, but the purple appears to also be pressed by GZ (so in the EU).

Agreed, the red seems the most widely available across vendors. If the Walmart red truly has a slightly different cover that might be the most rare. Amazon I don't know.. on Amazon Germany it's sold out, but if it's still available on US/UK that doesn't seem very limited. So, I think clear and/or slipmat as well.

6000 at that price is quite a few, esp for an artist who isn't eg Taylor Swift. I think it won't be too difficult to get a copy, perhaps more stock of the 6000 will be released closer to release.

Yeah, cancelling pre-orders or items that haven’t shipped yet is very easy across all Amazon affiliates. You’re not charged until it actually ships either, in my experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I haven’t paid for US imports in a while, but probably luck of the draw. Frankly, I think it’s quite silly Madonna doesn’t have more local online stores, like most artists now, so fans can avoid charges like this (esp for products such as these that are actually made in the EU).. It varies per country. Here in the Netherlands, you’d pay over the entire total (so incl. Shipping, 180euro), and I think it’s around 23 percent. However, in my experience, whether or not you’ll be charged custom fees is somewhat random, depends on if the invoice is complete and how busy it is at customs. It's not. I just purchased it, and it's dispatched from and sold by Amazon, not just fulfilled by Amazon or a third party.
