  1. For a casual fan or general people, the 35th anniversary is a fantastic work. But we are fans, and we know every detail from every release (Japanese, UK, Spain, Germany, USA...). So we know "Yellow CDs"= BAD, "Japanese CDs"=FANTASTIC, "Mexican 7''= Ultra rare edit, etc, etc, etc. We know every detail. Do you think a regular worker from Warner know these things? Absolutely not. And they don't only work with Madonna. Maybe they must do 20 anniversaries for other artits to be released in the same week. That is the reason why I've said "rush release". The best thing would be a couple of fans helping them to take decisions (no "Open Your Heart (Remix)" from a digital source in the 35th anniversary is a crime).
  2. I've said "many straight people ran away after EY and Vogue". And that is true because all the straight macho fans I knew, ran away from those singles and the Erotica era. I've never said that those straight people (or new straight people) returned or not with ROL or Music because I was talking about the 1990 era. They call the Ray of Light era "the second coming" a reason...
  3. No, I don't have the US promo. Now that I know it's not available on digital, I'll buy the US 7''. I never liked "Causing a Commotion" too much.
  4. I'm sorry. I was wrong. I have a vinyl-rip with a little earlier fade out to remove the vinyl noise. I'm sorry for the wrong info. It was an alternative "Lucky Star (edit)" the song in that compilation.
  5. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that someone uploaded the Movie House Edit from a rare CD (a compilation promo made by Warner) a couple of years ago. I'm not sure...
  6. Except for the absence of True Blue (Edit) available on the 40 japanese CD Boxset, the remixes (Color Mix, Remix Edit, & Dub/Instrumental) available on the 35th anniversary have good/similar quality (and they are not from the yellow CDs). It's like Warner/Rhino were ready to release the True Blue single on streaming and they changed of idea in the last minute.
  7. Until now, no vinyl rip on Madonna's official streaming. I don't know why people repeat that. Not the best sound quality, yes, but none from vinyl. And many tracks never released on CD are available now in digital (not from vinyl) with amazing sound quality. In my opinion, the 35th anniversary is a rushed release taking the first available digital source for the general public, not for the fans. Until now, with the singles, they are doing a (very slow) fantastic work.
  8. Yes. It's the only song from TIDAL because it wasn't available on digital before. The other 17 songs are from original CDs. One question: Is there any copyright problems for Rhino/Warner to use the Japanese CDs? I'm surprised with the use of the yellow CDs for some remixes instead the japanese EPs (the difference in sound quality is huge).
  9. One more chance (the 35th anniversary from Japanese CDs, Uncompressed songs with full dynamic range): EDITED: And it's gone. I'm sorry.
  10. I love the backcover. Is It available to download in high resolution? I want to burn the 35th anniversay version on CD.
  11. I'm gonna delete the link in 20 minutes. Please, download the japanese version without "Loudness War" I've made. And thank you very much for your Japanese TB.
  12. Thank You very much for your help. It's done and the final result it's great. Download it because I will remove the file quicky. The quality of the japanese CDs are amazing.
  13. Ok, only for 60 minutes for the members of this forum, the 35th anniversary using the japanese CDs without "Loudness War". Please, be quickly. EDIT: I'm sorry, although my 35th version is not the one available to buy, the songs are still the same. So I must remove my version. I don't care if the people who have downloaded my version, upload it again. Don't Worry. I hope you're like my version. Special thanks to @Craigypants and @amscity for their help with the original japanese CD of True Blue.
  14. Thank you very much. Yes, my private inbox is disable. Many problems in the past (fortunately not in this forum). I'll upload the 35th annyversary (japanese tracks, without loudness war). But only for 60 minutes because is a commercial release. So "Stay tunned" the next 30 minutes.
  15. Yes, until "Express Yourself" and "Vogue" straight people love her. After these two singles, many of them ran away.
  16. I would prefer the 1986 copy in WAV. But don't care if you upload the 1989 version. Thank you very much!!!!
  17. At the end, I'm gonna recreate the 35th anniversary using the original CD from 1986 and the Japanese CD singles and EPs. No Dynamic Range Compression, no clipping, and maximum quality. By the way... Anyone has a japanese CD copy of the original True Blue album? Pleeeeeeeeease.....
  18. As far as I know there are two "True Blue (Remix Edit)" available on CD. I'm sure (based on the post of @thegoldencalf) that the version available on the 35th anniversary is the one of "The Best Of Warner Music (UK)" (1998) with the volume increase. And the fade out is perfect clean (there isn't any noise from a vinyl, neither filters to remove that noise).
  19. Why? What do you see to say is a "remastered vinyl"?
  20. My True Blue (Remix) is from this release and I find the EQ really different (apart of the volume increase): https://www.discogs.com/es/Various-32-Ones-On-One-Radio-1s-25th-Birthday/release/5119621
  21. Well, at least we won True Blue (Instrumental) from a digital source. As far as I know, from the "True Blue" era, only "Open Your Heart (Remix)" is unavailable from a Digital source. The rest is available on CD (with different sound quality).
  22. When I've said "digital sources" I mean a digital copy from the master tapes, but I don't know if those "new" digital versions were available before on CD. For example my True Blue (Remix Edit) available on CD sounds worse than the one available on the 35th anniversary. And OYH (Extended & Dub), LTT (Instrumental) and LIB (Extended & Extended instrumental) sounds worse than the versions available on the Japanese CDs.
  23. True Blue (Remix/Edit & instrumental) from a digital source Open Your Heart (Extended & Dub), Live To Tell (Instrumental), La Isla Bonita (Extended & Extended Instrumental) from yellow CDs. The rest... ?????
  24. As always, with the new era, I didn't like at first. Confessions was a great era and didn't like the new direction (the same happened to me from "Erotica" to "Bedtime Stories"). But now I must admit that I like "Hard Candy" very much. The problem for me was just the change of style. But this always happened to me with Madonna.
  25. Oh my God, It's the first time I've seen a "Like A Virgin" with the "Digital Recording" in the front cover: https://www.discogs.com/Madonna-Like-A-Virgin/release/711228 I'm a bad, bad, bad collector.... I'm still learning things about the pre-true blue era.
