I considered that but Facetuning takes it to another level by changing the shape and size of features. Also, it's used on every one of her candid photos, not just 'shoots' like Photoshopping was in the old days. It's a distorted reality and I just find it kind of mind-numbing to celebrate a severely unnatural photo.

Facetuned photos continue to suck, along with anyone who admires them with suspended disbelief.

Don't be so sure. It came after American Life when she really needed it and the positive association that it brings. Because she's done everything else and it's the one stage she's yet to 'conquer', and it's seen as a very cool thing to do. Anyway, whatever! I'd almost prefer to see P!nk or the Spice Girls take the headlining spot instead.

There are performers who would come before her that she'd be sharing that stage with, so it'd have to be scaled back.
