I think most of all I just want a remastered Like A Prayer album. That album is a masterpiece and I think hearing it polished up and maybe in spatial sound would really bring it back to life. It feels so much more dusty than every other album she has.

I think the fact that True Blue and Like A Prayers most popular mixes have been included on the digital special editions and the two first big remix sets from her have been released already makes me optimistic that the upcoming deluxe versions will not be padded with remixes. They 2001 editions did this for the most part already so demos here we come please.

I don’t think we can compare this release to any Like A Prayer or True Blue digital editions. It’s a new collection with her resigned to Warner that she’s actively involved in. There will 100 percent be a physical product related to this release in some form whether it’s the whole thing or just a taster. I do think You Can Dance will Be the template. So a Ltd mix CD. The problem with releasing the rest in a digital basis is it sort of cuts off a bunch of the forthcoming digital single release a bit early. I’m really really interested to see what the hell they gon do now with this collection. Exciting times.

2 CD’s would only house 18 songs at four minutes like a celebration and they wouldn’t really be full remixes. Some of her single are 6 mins long. if it’s a physical product it’s 3 CDs minimum which is still only 17 tracks on each. I think we’re probably looking at 4 CD’s or two double CD’s a part one and part two. or a single CD of a selection of new remixes and a digital collection of historic remixes that didn’t make it onto the single disc. god knows tbh. 50 is a lot is all.

You have to ask what is the point of her new remixes? She’s already getting the streams from the 2 minute version. She obviously wants to wait and use the new remix as promo for whatever is next . Ray Of Light special edition or the remix project. What’s the point of directing people to get steaming page of there is no other new content to stream? She’ll want people to check out the remix album while they are there.
