You're absolutely right, but this is probably one of the flaws of the album... Madame X travelling around the world doesn't really make it cohesive. Tracks 5-10 are the best section.
BTW, Ciao Bella has nothing to do with Italy, except the title. Which shows how incoherent the album is. I'd love to know the lyrics  by Dino D'Santiago, which are Africa related.
 

I like the lyrics of the verse and the crystal quality of the voice in them.
The chorus "ven conmigo" is very weak instead. The postchorus "si te enamoro" is much better but comes in too late.
I wonder if it's always been coinceved as a duet.
What I don't like is that a Portuguese-inspired album ends up confusing so many different Latin cultures. Medellin has nothing to do with Lisbon.
The video has good ideas (cha cha lesson for instance) but then goes off the rails with too many elements (the initial prayer, the horses, that horrible grotesque marriage scene).

Funny cause we have been saying how the sound changes in every section of tge arena, while these two guys say that they make sure the show sounds the same everywhere 

Stadiums live is a miserable experience, though, you're far anyway if you're not front row floor.
But work great filmed xd Curious to see how this tour will be adapted in Rio.
Arenas is the best experience IMO.

I disagree with the fans saying it was a "cute" moment or that this was reasonable, given her "voice". 
It was sweltering in that arena. Why does no one ever seem to care about the fans or attendees? Maybe it helps her "voice", but at the risk of heat stroke for thousands of others? C'mon.
She wasn't humorous about these asks to the crew, and her overall energy in all of her speeches was pretty negative. The post-Hung Up moment was especially awkward in-person, as she went back and forth a fair amount with the crew. You could tell they were fighting with her in her ear monitors. Saying things like "I'll dock your pay" in front of thousands of fans is so elitist and rude. She also told a fan to "shut the fuck up" at one point before Burning Up, and it wasn't in a cheeky humorous way. My friends kept saying how horrible of a mood she seemed to be in all night. 
I don't know, she's been pretty nasty at 3 of the 7 shows I've seen now, and it's starting to taint my perception of her a little bit. If she's comfortable talking to her crew & fans like this in public, imagine what she's like to everyone behind the scenes?

They are already fully booked out performing Madonna covers in coffee shops around Rio

She hated to work with him, but one of her best 80's photoshoots was photographed by him (Rolling Stone 1986) and he also directed one of her best and beautiful videos (The Power of Goodbye).
I wish she hates Ricardo with the same passion one day, the most mediocre 'photographer' and 'director' she worked with in her 40-year career. 

She addressed Dallas while he was in the audience of her April 1st show in Atlanta, mentioning that she was in love with him during the making of Bedtime Stories.
I love that she brought up that album as it's probably one of her most disregarded ones, sadly. It also inspired me to want to look into their relationship a bit more.
I came across this series of photos of them at an NBA game during the period of the album's creation, and the below two interviews where Dallas mentions her.
What else do we know about their relationship (working or otherwise), and was it Dallas that she said had a big ego in a letter at the time, or someone else?
