  1. It’s not Madonna that’s hitting the upload button on these singles, sweetie. It’s the stupid intern appointed with the administration of this campaign.
  2. A little reminder for the "know it alls" and the "what's the point" crew. What exactly was the point of these singles, exactly? Also, no the Immaculate Collection Version of Live To Tell isn't an edit. It's just a Q-Sound Mix of the album version. There is not short version of Live To Tell available on streaming. Also, the 7" Edit isn't even some obscure local or promo only edit. It's THE 7" Version released on all formats of the single. If there was supposedly a point to release the singles above with only one or NO new/exclusive tracks included, then yes there DEFINITELY is a point to release Live To Tell and Crazy For You.
  3. First Crazy For You, now Live To Tell…how much longer do they want to drag this whole campaign out 💀
  4. Why is it so hard for you to understand??? HER LIST OF RELEASES SHOULDN'T BE PATCHY AND ALL OVER THE PLACE. What is the point of having Material Girl as a single in her streaming catalogue when it had NO new or exclusive versions on it? What‘s the point of having La Isla Bonita as a single on there but not the other singles? They clearly do not care whether a single only has one exclusive version on it or nothing new at all. That said, we might get the True Blue singles in a similar fashion as her Erotica singles or as Lucky Star: linked to the anniversary of that album. The single is most definitely coming. Just not now but in the very near future cause alongside Angel, it’s the only new album that was copyrighted.
  5. Likely the same source as the I‘ll Remember mixes and the Like A Prayer dubs.
  6. We'll see. I can definitely say that all the leftovers from the Erotica era won't fit on a single disc. I don't think the proper re-editions will be digital only. Therefore, I think an EP of left-over mixes, dubs or just a few more EPs for certain singles is still a possibility. Check my pinned post. I've added an overview of everything that was left off. It's definitely too much for the re-release, especially with demos, outtakes and rarities also being teased.
  7. Frankly, I don’t care about better/worse versions. I just want my collection to be complete (and from digital source cause I despise vinyl and MC rips)! Open Your Heart is kinda the only 7" mix from the 80s we still don't have.
  8. You will have to be more patient because there might be a round 2 coming. 😂
  9. Definitely not tape or vinyl sources. They are digitally sourced. Madonna's entire back catalogue including all official mixes/versions have been digitalized by Warner over the years, most likely in preparation for the cancelled 2003 anthology box set and then later for Celebration. A lot of the reference CDs have made their way onto Ebay and Discogs but by far not all of them. It’s more likely that the mixes are sourced from there. For the songs from the first three albums, they seemingly have the multitracks and masters ready which is why we have gotten remastered versions for those.
  10. It seems they are not really sourcing any of these mixes from officially released CDs but rather from in-house reference CDs. Some of them were likely sourced from pretty recent in-house compilations remastered for potential boxsets sometime between 2003-2009. The I'll Remember single is definitely a mix of different sources.
  11. The only 80's single to receive a 2-track single was Everybody and that was before we got any of the other 80s singles. So, once again: There is no reason to believe that the 12" single is the one we're getting based on what was previously released.
  12. Unlikely because they tacked the 7" Edits onto the other releases as well. US / EU / UK 7": Angel - 7" Edit (3:40) Angel - Dance Mix Edit (4:57) US 12": Angel - Extended Dance Mix (6:14) Into The Groove (4:48) UK / EU 12": Angel - Extended Dance Mix (6:14) Burning Up - Remix (4:48) The EP tracklist will likely be a mix of the two US formats: 1. Angel - 7" Edit 2. Angel - Dance Mix Edit 3. Angel - Extended Dance Mix 4. Into The Groove (5. Burning Up - Remix) If we're lucky… This is also a pre-True Blue release, so it might be remastered (unfortunately).
  13. I’ve been saying this the whole time. This has been copyrighted for quite a while now.
  14. They are just gonna upscale a MQ scan of the OG cover with AI as usual 😂
  15. Unfortunately, it seems we will have to wait till their anniversaries.
  16. Personally, I would put the edit first too but that's not how they like to do it.
  17. 1. Live To Tell 2. Live To Tell - 7" Edit 3. Live To Tell - Instrumental
  18. They haven’t done that for the other ones. They aren’t gonna do it for this one. It’s just gonna be the regular 3-track single. 😅 I don’t see a problem with that though. We only got one exclusive track for Lucky Star either.
  19. The YT copyright system recognizes it and all the tracks show up at the top of the ISRC. It’s all the same signals we got for every previous release. Material Girl didn’t have a single exclusive missing track on it and it still got a release. So what exactly should be different for Live To Tell?
  20. They won’t include a live version from a more recent and entirely unrelated release on the single. The one for Borderline was a mistake. The tracklist will follow the same formula as the other ones from the 80s.
  21. It will be. It’s the only missing version on streaming and was available on all 7" versions of the single. Yes we are. We're also getting Angel soon. The latter one is probably more exciting though because it will determine the fate of the Alt. LP Version of Burning Up and whether Into The Groove will get a separate release or not.
  22. Unless he destroyed all the masters of his mixes after she blasted him at that one gig. 😅 His ”remastered“ used a bad vinyl rip of his own mix as base track.
  23. It’s probably not on their priority list rn but I think a "Remixes, Part 2" will come for some of the earlier single releases in the future. They won’t be able to fit everything that was left off on the album re-issues.
