  1. Wow this is the best performance of Crazy for You I've seen. She sounds much better than usual here.
  2. Having seen both, Take A Bow was nice, but Rain was more euphoric and felt like it was a good cap to the show. I also thought it was much more beautiful visually with just her on the screens with her hair being fanned, unlike with the TAB backdrop video and the side screens coming down. Guess we'll see. She could also throw us through the ringer and surprise us all with a new song tonight, who knows
  3. Do we think Rain is coming back for these finale shows? It was such a better end to the main show than Take A Bow.
  4. Interesting that they say "much larger dimensions". I wonder what they realistically can change without significant rehearsal time needed.
  5. Oh that's interesting...I never put two and two together....you're so right, why would he be randomly showing up to all these gigs? I'll bet they are.
  6. Listening to this while working...omg it's already bringing back memories. We need this in HQ so that I can play it on my stereo. It's so good.
  7. Agreed, this was one of the highlights of the show! It was SO good.
  8. EXTREMELY emotional speech tonight about the Pulse shooting. She had survivors in the audience. She cried. It was beautiful. She also said today was one of those days where she was in a really bad mood and that she’s tired. Unsure if it was related to the rest of the speech.
  9. Her vocals generally sounded amazing in Miami. She’s gonna be in good shape for Rio She continues to blow me away with her emotional delivery of certain songs. Up close, songs like Bad Girl are breathtaking. She’s so convincing as an actress to her own songs. It’s something I’ve noticed she does better than any other pop artist. Any recs on where to sit if doing a final show of this tour? Was thinking lower bowl center. Can’t believe this tour is almost over…such an experience. Hope this isn’t it for her, but if it is, hope Tuesday is a tour highlight
  10. Wow. This was a little uncalled for. I was making an observation about a trend in her behavior after going to 8 shows…I didn’t say I’m turning in my fan card. Sorry for a difference in opinion than you…not sure why your anecdotes from the show hold any more weight than mine… Anyways, glad I didn’t run into you.
  11. Totally agreed. It was sad. On a more positive note, made eye contact with her during Burning Up, and she spilled her water on me, so tonight was heavenly otherwise
  12. She said she felt like throwing herself out her hotel window in Atlanta during the speech before Express Yourself tonight. She said sometimes you just feel that low. Wonder what’s really going on lately
  13. Agreed, no one ever seems to care about the audience in any of these threads. It's like people find humor in her audience being as miserable as possible.
  14. Also no one seems to have posted this one, which was before the back and forth exchange with the crew posted a few pages back:
  15. You think her crew is purposefully fucking with her?
  16. I disagree with the fans saying it was a "cute" moment or that this was reasonable, given her "voice". It was sweltering in that arena. Why does no one ever seem to care about the fans or attendees? Maybe it helps her "voice", but at the risk of heat stroke for thousands of others? C'mon. She wasn't humorous about these asks to the crew, and her overall energy in all of her speeches was pretty negative. The post-Hung Up moment was especially awkward in-person, as she went back and forth a fair amount with the crew. You could tell they were fighting with her in her ear monitors. Saying things like "I'll dock your pay" in front of thousands of fans is so elitist and rude. She also told a fan to "shut the fuck up" at one point before Burning Up, and it wasn't in a cheeky humorous way. My friends kept saying how horrible of a mood she seemed to be in all night. I don't know, she's been pretty nasty at 3 of the 7 shows I've seen now, and it's starting to taint my perception of her a little bit. If she's comfortable talking to her crew & fans like this in public, imagine what she's like to everyone behind the scenes?
  17. I actually think this is true — I noticed the same thing happened after Ray of Light and as Take a Bow was starting.
  18. Her mic was off after Hung Up but it was very clear she was yelling something. It cut back in and you could hear her saying she was gonna stop the show until the AC was fixed and then was yelling at her crew about different reasons she may be feeling it. I guess she’s potentially under the weather since she coughed during her speech after Mother and Father, but her behavior is a little embarrassing tonight. She won’t let this AC rant go. It’s distracting.
  19. Okay, I’m sorry, but why is she being such a bitch tonight? It’s leaving a really bad taste in my mouth. That freak out after Hung Up was extremely awkward.
  20. It was Stuart Price. Great set. He’s done. She’s not on yet.
