  1. Queen Elizabeth I sure said fuck aging gracefully. I’ll take Botox and surgery over lead make up of course.
  2. The divorce dealt some damage majorly. She was towards the end of Warner, Live Nation knocking with a big agreement, keeping up with music trends barely, and then you have to face whatever Guy was doing and then he take a ton of money. Girly was serving a mood with those cheeks and I ain’t mad.
  3. I’m surprised she hasn’t done another face lift. The last one we definitely knew of was 2019. Once you get one you have to continue. Filler only helps so much. Whatever Cher gets done constantly is the way to go. And that’s not shaming her current work because it has it gorgeous moments for sure.
  4. Oh my god, the Halloween costume suddenly makes a lot sense. Virgin queen and then this is more Virgin Mary/Renaissance.
  5. Let’s face the vinyl here folks. The lyrical content and musical styles have way more depth on Madame X than Confessions. But that’s okay. Confessions is more escapism and is more focused on the dance vibe than making a political or artistic point. The Confessions Tour brought that depth. Confessions has great replay value and that’s what keeps it high in my rankings. Madame X does that thing Rebel Heart was doing where we in the club and then we at a rally and back to the club. And that make replay harder because it doesn’t follow a set mood or sound to allow you to fully escape and dance.
  6. unrelated, but I saw Tracy Young in Atlanta for New Years. She was the DJ at the club I was at. Was kinda cool.
  7. I know, maybe we need to make covers in Canva and bombard her Instagram with them and see which of us can be the next Aldo hahaha
  8. No there’s far worse. And good for him for getting those opportunities in. It’ll be great for his portfolio. It’s just streaming. There so much worse art used for Spotify singles it’s hilarious. Mind you that’s how he steered clear of this forum was from the nasty comments. Constructive criticism is totally appropriate. Absolutely shitting on someone for their art or creative decisions is unbecoming on the poster honestly. But that’s just my two cents.
  9. Not gonna lie, 070 Shake has become a regular in my playlists thanks to Madonna introduced me to them. She’s not gonna pull the big guns with a feature until it’s time for the first single of the next album likely.
  10. Don’t shoot me, but I’d love for Sickick to put a spin on the demo for the other mixes if she decides to mess with it like Frozen.
  11. New ass. New Hands. New lips. Nothing less for her own personal pleasure. Because if you had to ask for the permission of someone else, it was never yours to begin with. This is satire. Thank you.
  12. Like chill. If some of us like it versus you doesn’t mean you can come for us too on top of Aldo. Art is subjective. That’s not us smoking anything. People streaming it aren’t gonna bat an eye if not just pay attention to her since she’s the focus of the cover.
  13. Single cover art varies in quality over the years. I don’t know why we are surprised. I rather like it considering. I’m ready to blast this. Honestly these little remixes keep me going. Or viral hits.
  14. Sounds like something my dad tries telling me. First off, that's a parental issue. You know how many kids at age 2 are handed phones and ipads to shut them up or keep them busy. Everyone has their own view on the app though I guess.
  15. Last I checked but the Tik Tok with the above look actually had a lot of positive comments.
  16. That demo def needs attention. Awesome lyrics but the mixing is very rough. I just think it’s crazy she recorded sooooo many songs in the Rebel Heart sessions. Had it not been for the hacker would we have ever known she recorded so many.
  17. I’ll be honest, listening between the two, Madame X has better structure and flow I find. But there’s something wonderful about the demo too. Idk, we know she can’t leave anything alone. This is a little different than Frozen which was already remixed but this was a demo. We will see in a couple weeks what we get.
  18. So I’m sure I’ve posted in here before but it’s the end of 2022 so time to update. So this time I divided the number of songs I wouldn’t normally skip divided by the total number of songs per album to get a rating. I did this with only the standard track listings. Behold! If I ignored the math, RH MX would be higher. I grew up with Hard Candy and MDNA versus the earlier material. LAP to me is not as strong as it’s single edits (what even is that Express Yourself?) but all her albums are gorgeous and you can see the care (even if it seems absent with a couple) and I don’t find many catalogues that are nearly as interesting or lively.
  19. Idk if this was being ironic because current trends come out of that platform. No different than music videos out of MTV, singers being picked up from YouTube. So yeah, my generation is setting trends. Can we be happy it’s Madonna benefitting yet again.
  20. The Tallahassee Pop always does something for me!
  21. I can agree. And in those four years a lot of pop acts popped up with strong runs with their first two albums in those four years. And she was half paying attention with it, but still not the worse. Again when you’re Madonna, you’re expected to have Ray of Lights and Confessions each album but that’s hard sustain when the GP’s attention span shifts so much. STR, Celebration, and FEL are great because they pop into the GP’s view. Or the live albums too.
