I know exacly how you feel. 
I've faced court years ago, for piracy. Because otehr people were selling fan made stuff I did and shared for free. 
My mistake was that I use to tag everything, and it was for the tag that I almost paid for it. 

I stopped doing things for years, traumatized. I recently got back sharing a few old stuff and some of the new, but I learned that I won't get any more credit than the other fans that know me could give. 
I avoid tagging things, because if a problem comes they don't wanna know if you're the one selling it or not. 

@Kosmmikthats too bad especially since you faced court for copyright.  so I guess @musicmanyour idea would probably be avoided as it would bring @nastybutfancymore trouble than it is worth by tagging it.  like mentioned, be happy there are so many others are appreciating it and not trying to profit from your work.
