We will buy the reissues, regardless of when they're released. Madonna and her crew knows this, so they take their sweet time.

    Missed opportumity? No.

Some might, but having been a fan for close to 40 years.... there is no way I am going to buy the same old records just because they are released on a colored vinyl... or put on a G.H without anything slightly interesting that I do not already have...

Well if people werent stealing artsits’ music, thinga MIGHT not be so pricey.

if you worked in a restaurant and people kept giving you 3% of the price of a plate or pay as they please, youd have to raise your prices.

Ha ha about 30 years ago a new album costed about 30$ (Here in Denmark)... and then there was no mp3s and illegal downloads etc... they will take as much as people will pay for the music... stealing music has nothing to do with it...

Actually yes. In Copenhagen I was in line for Golden circle early entry and as we were walking in to our section a man ran in front of me and then tried to physically force me behind his entire group of friends as he yelled "get in your place."

I can't honestly understand the point. If you that close to the front of the queue (within the 1st 20-30 people) you are going to get a great position so there's no need for aggressive behaviour like that. He was not even aiming for the same area as me anyway and we all got the spots we wanted.

Not sure that I would call it bullying... but something similar happened to me in Sweden for the MDNA concert... I had a great spot close to the stage... and then a group of people (friends) like 40 cm taller than me forced themselves in-front of me... could not see a darn thing for them... so annoying.. especially considering that they would have had no problems seeing with me standing in front of them...

  4. Waited 8 years for a Madonna concert... since the Rebel Heart tour... and now it is over... Tomorrow leaving Copenhagen to drive back home. strange that it is over now... but was great to see her again... hope to get the chance again in the future... 4th Madonna tour the husband and I have attended... and we have enjoyed them all.. not fully agreeing about what concerts was the best.... but guess that is normal... for me this (Celebration tour) had the best set-list... even if I would had like more focus on the Like a Virgin album and less on the Erotica album...

It even says on the O2 website! You should've asked to speak to her boss, she was definitely being officious. https://help.theo2.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/202335502-Can-I-bring-a-camera-to-the-event-

Would most likely had been the right thing to do... but we just got a good laugh out of it.. especially of the fact that she so clearly was getting us mixed up.. when my husband is about 20 cm taller than me and weight about 30 kg more ;) These days I do not bother with cameras... pictures always end up horrible and take to much attention... better to focus on the concert and the internet is filled with pictures and videos anyway...

Compact cameras are definitely allowed - I took one, and I've taken one to every O2 gig I've ever been to (LOADS!) without issue. It's only professional cameras/DSLRS that they'd have a problem with.

Not always, both my husband and I were bringing small compact cameras to a Kylie concert, and some horrible woman was hunting os everywhere... even so disturbed that she got us mixed up...  I told you to put that camera away... If I see it again I will take it she told my husband... not realizing it was me she told it before ;-)

Oh no no. The tribute is fantastic!!!

They were THE KING and THE QUEEN of everything, you had to be there to have experienced it, they are called the holy trinity (I doubt people recognize the prince tribute though).

I agree, really loved it :) but then back in the days I was a major fan of both... and this tribute really make great sense in a show like this..

But is that really true?  After all, people rip and upload these rare vinyls that aren't available digitally.  And at this point, she has very few rare vinyls that isn't already available digitally.

For me, VInyl is like getting back to basics.  It's how I originally enjoyed her music and now I'm back doing it again.  I prefer something tangible. Digital and streaming is very convenient, but there's nothing like sitting back, sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying a good Madonna Vinyl.  :)

Ha ha I grew up listening to vinyls, and kind of love vinyl, but I never listen to vinyls anymore... the last vinyls I bought I did not even listen to once... so I personally stopped buying vinyl records...

Maybe because I do not drink wine :thinker:
