  1. I was actually thinking about that myself and I would love for her to do another documentary! But, I don't think she will this time. I think the Instagram stuff is mainly just to get us excited/promote the tour.
  2. I've always had a little crush on the guy from Papa Don't Preach. I also like the guy from the Secret video.
  3. I absolutely love the Girlie Show World Tour! The name, her hair, the setlist, the promotional photos! I really like its concept/themes as well. It's definitely in my Top 5 when it comes to her tours.
  4. My top 5 are: 1. Erotica 2. Bedtime Stories 3. Like A Prayer 4. Music 5. True Blue
  5. I would have liked to have seen “Forbidden Love” and “Love Tried to Welcome Me” as singles from Bedtime Stories and then maybe “Impressive Instant” from Music and “Thief of Hearts” from Erotica.
  6. I second this! This thread is one of my faves! You guys are amazing!
  7. There are so many amazing songs to choose from, but I’m going with Take a Bow. It was a beautiful ballad, had great success and had one of her best music videos.
  8. Bad Girl, Bedtime Story and Drowned World.
  9. I'm not too crazy about Like A Prayer, Like A Virgin and Rebel Heart. I know people will definitely disagree with me haha. There are songs on them that I do like, but most of them are songs that I skip/don't listen to very often. When I look at those albums as a whole, I don't find them nearly as attractive as the majority of her albums.
  10. 1. Frozen 2. Nothing Really Matters 3. Drowned World 4. Ray of Light 5. To Have and Not to Hold 6. Little Star 7. Skin 8. Swim 9. The Power of Good-Bye 10. Sky Fits Heaven 11. Mer Girl 12. Shanti/Ashtangi 13. Candy Perfume Girl
  11. This is my current ranking as of this moment: 1. Erotica 2. Ray of Light 3. Bedtime Stories 4. True Blue 5. Confessions 6. Music 7. Madame X 8. Debut 9. American Life 10. Like A Prayer 11. Hard Candy 12. Like A Virgin 13. Rebelheart 14. MDNA
  12. I finally got Madame X on CD! I love the Deluxe cover so much. :om:

  13. I don't think she would ever do a greatest hits tour, but I'd definitely be up for it if she did. I can't see her on the Madame X tour because there aren't any shows where I live, so I would hope that she would have more dates in different countries if she was doing a greatest hits tour.
  14. Wow, I had no idea, but that's pretty cool. Inspiration can come from anywhere. Now, I'm trying to imagine what it would have been like to actually see Madonna acting in the film haha.

What a piece of sh*t of an "article".

She sold out the Parisean dates in the presale... Yeah, she surely feels "devastated".

By their own admission it is One Person's opinion !

" Added the informant: “She is really quite dumbfounded by this because she used to sell out entire stadiums in seconds,” the insider told Radar exclusively. "

      bile 'n' gossip

  15. I think playing someone in a biopic is 50% similarities in looks and 50% is capturing the person's essence. I don't know if Miley has those when it comes to playing Madonna. One day, someone will make a Madonna biopic and it will either be good or it will be bad. I'm just hoping it's at least mediocre because I do enjoy biopics and it seems that the public does, too (there was so much buzz about Bohemian Rhapsody). I think a biopic could be a way to finally get the more recent generations to connect with and appreciate Madonna as they did with Elton John and Freddie Mercury after their biopics. It's an idea with potential.
  16. I thought the article was all over the place. They kept moving from random topic to weird detail to random topic. I can understand why Madonna was upset. It kept drowning on about things that have nothing to do with the new album. Yes, Madonna is iconic. We do not have to debate the legitimacy of that every time we write an article about her. She's making new music. Can we focus on the present Madonna?
  17. I honestly can't even think of anyone. I think that whoever does portray her will either make or break the biopic with their performance. I don't want anyone to play her and exaggerate her character too much or make her seem like a caricature. I want it to feel real and feel like Madonna, but that's probably pretty unlikely. It would definitely be a hard thing to do.
  18. Found some articles that mention her life now: https://fabiosa.com/ctclb-rsyt-autzh-pbdmt-phnkz-madonna-s-sister-paula-opens-up-about-jealousy-and-how-the-singer-s-fame-affected-their-family/ https://www.irishmirror.ie/showbiz/celebrity-news/madonna-recalls-embarrassment-home-sewn-13926461 Seems like there's not much out there about her.
  19. These ones are two of my favorites, along with the Bad Girl SNL performance of course. She put so much effort into her singing for Evita. I think that both songs suit her very well.
  20. I'd love for her to perform Bad Girl, too! That's my dream haha.
  21. Nothing Really Matters, Human Nature, Drowned World and What It Feels Like for a Girl.
  22. I actually really like Sanctuary. I think Did You Do It? is her worst.
  23. True. I just hope they get good writers. Screenplays can really make or break a film and I really don't want a Madonna biopic with cheesy/bad dialogue.
  24. I agree. But, I do think that she could co-write with another screenwriter so that her ideas and experiences are on the page and another screenwriter filters and edits them to make them better for the screen. Whoever makes a Madonna biopic, I hope they do her story justice and I hope they have the budget required to get good actors, sets, effects etc. I'm definitely not into the sanitized, censored stories. I want an honest portrayal.
