This is really tough but I voted for Live to Tell, has always been one of my favorite Madonna songs. True Blue would be second, followed by Papa Don't Preach.

IA. It's sounds more sincere to me as a more stripped down song. It really loses everything good about it when they make it a upbeat, club song, ISO.
