As far as I can remember, Sticky and Sweet Part 2 was added because she got hammered with an astronomical divorce settlement and wasn’t about to lose that amount of net worth for anyone. 
Regarding Brazil and the possibility of more shows being added, it was also announced on February 6th that a final date had been added to the tour itinerary in Miami. Clearly that wasn’t true, therefore nothing can be ruled out. 
 
As an addendum, I would like to reinforce the sentiment that this forum has become an absolute shambles. It remained one of the last places for fans to have intelligent discussions about Madonna’s body of work, her influence and impact, and her achievements. Then the culture shifted and being a Madonna fan seemed to become increasingly difficult as a collective experience. We went from the pseudo-woke brigade in full force 24/7 being offended by every idea they didn’t agree with to a cacophony of what seemed like bots insidiously telling us how much they loved everything. Critical thinking left the building.
Once the tour started it seemed to level out into a healthy discussion centered around the almost daily reports on the corresponding tour dates, but we have once again descended into a chaos of either dual accounts trolling non-stop, or generally unstable, extremely immature individuals posting like they’re back in the sandbox expressing all of their unconscious feelings, personal issues and a need to have someone tell them that it’s all gonna be okay, and that they’re right for being intolerant of someone else they know nothing about having a different perspective or experience. Well here’s the bottom line…It’s all gonna be okay with or without the validation of a moderator, but don’t expect to have much of an audience to participate in your nonsense. I can hardly be bothered sharing anything on here at this stage. Half the people who once contributed actual thoughts to this place have left because of the absurdity of a small but loud minority spouting absolute bile that contributes nothing to the Madonna community and culture, and many others have withdrawn into the rafters, skimming through all the petty squabbling and rambling for some relevant information about the extraordinary woman we came here to discuss. It’s always been a challenge to navigate certain personality types online in relative anonymity, but at least it seemed we used to respect that on a Madonna forum we could invest in Madonna talk that provoked thought and intelligent discussion. Is it because of social media that this has faded out? Is it because we are getting older as a fanbase?  
 
Whatever it is, it is both sad and embarrassing. If we can’t muster the courage and determination to show up and actually give value to Madonna’s legacy within the fanbase, it doesn’t bode well for that legacy elsewhere.

I just saw the speech she gave right before "I Will Survive" and I honestly don't understand why people are so upset that she didn't acknowledge (whatever that even means) Niki and Donna during the show. Clearly M had very different things on her mind last night.

I completely agree. She seems more reflective than ever and I can see this culminating in a new body of work sooner than we might expect, whatever form it'll take.

Absolutely, her showmanship is still at the highest level, and some light choreographed moves are working great for her. The charisma is untouched!

She doesn't need to dance anymore. Hell she could do tour where she's singing songs only unplugged with her big guitar and it would still be an sold out tour. 

Does anyone else think that M revived ‘I Will Survive’ so that she would have an NYC MSG recording as an option for the concert film? To capture that NYC energy for an original aspect of the show? 🤤(The nurse’s presence also being a factor, but still…)

I think she can make stadium shows if that's what she wants. Really the only thing she can/will do less is dancing. And she's perfectly capable of creating a show where her dancing is minimum and the show will still be amazing. And by doing 1 stadium show, she gets attendance/money as of 3 arena shows. So less work from her for the same (or close) amount of money.

Something I wasn’t aware of until reading the Mary Gabriel book is that Niki said herself at the time of Drowned World that she knew it was her last tour with M because she had had surgery on her leg and it left her with one leg shorter than the other. She was struggling and had to push through, describing it as her “Muhammad Ali moment” when realizing she wasn’t going to be able to sustain the physical requirements of the shows in the future.

I do think her friendship with Christopher probably informed a lot of the ensuing bitterness as she has talked about how the entire cast of characters in M’s life changed by the time of the DWT with Christopher being replaced as artistic director by Jamie King, and this meant she and Donna had less access to Madonna. Madonna traveled separately with her family going forth, whereas on previous tours they had all flown on the same plane. She was frustrated that M asked her to have a mohawk and lose weight, and was further outraged that Donna was asked to shave her head, something that was averted thanks to Niki restyling D’s hair to look the part without drastic cuts. She also didn’t like the violence in the show, something Chris also found bizarre as shared in his book. Donna herself stated that Christopher loved the three of them together, but King preferred acrobatic dancers and screens.
 
Christopher was very bitter about being replaced in both Madonna’s professional realm and her personal space when she hired David Collins as interior designer. 
I’m only sharing this for those who asked why there would be any friction or tension between any of the players in this dynamic. Considering how many people Madonna has collaborated with and hired in the 23 years since the Drowned World Tour, it is quite possible that N + D are far less centric to her vision of her career than they are to her longtime fans. If Maripol was also in attendance last night, why not be equally focused on her lack of involvement? It’s quite extraordinary to think that Maripol, Donna and Niki were all at her last NY show! That’s what’s special about it all, and I feel Madonna really pushed herself harder vocally and physically last night. Who knows if their presence wasn’t a factor in this?!

I don't think Madonna needs Niki or Donna to praise her.  The amount of people that showed up to see her is praise enough. Until we hear Madonna say that she was bothered by it, there is no need for us to be.

It's completely normal for her to be vulnerable and shaken. She's on a retrospective tour, where every night she's singing songs for and looking at pictures of her dead relatives/friends/peers. This, combined with her health scare, must take a huge toll on her emotional health. I guess that after the tour is done, she'll take a few weeks to rest and will start working on something new immediately. Be it the movie or the album. I can't imagine her spending more than a month doing nothing. I think it would destroy her mentally and emotionally. Just look at the 'quarantine diaries' from the time of the lockdowns, which was when she couldn't move after the leg surgeries. I've never seen her more depressed.
