Madonna basically admitted that in the Girlie Talk interview, when she said Alek would make them do things over and over again. I think sometimes something would happen and Alek would miss it, or need coverage, so they would re-create it.
So yeah staged in effect, but based off real things, maybe. I would also suggest Madonna was more social during the tour than she would normally be, to give Alek more chances to get stuff. 
I don't remember her comment about Antonio's wife. I do remember in one of the cuts there was a wedding reception going on at the same venue in Madrid and she made some mean comments about the bride. I believe the gorgeous guy she assumed must have a small dick was in reference to the groom.

Help me understand one thing.   ....All of the bitches obsessing about the mixing of Rebel Heart.... when every one of them was on the net illegally downloading the material months and months early.  M and her team had to stop the bleeding.  For fucks sake... what was she supposed to do?  Really?  Tell me?  I'm waiting....

Classy in the sense that she released the book and those were the images we got. All photos in that book were professional and lighting/angles were on point for the look of the project. No IG selfies with horrible angles or any of that stuff. A lot of my younger cousins, when they talk about Madonna, thats the first thing out of their mouths, "She needs to get off social media!" lol While I don't agree with that, I do think she needs to think about what/how she is portraying herself. She should never censor herself, but she should never embarrass herself either.
And believe it or not, the SEX era opened up so many doors, so much conversation etc.. It was artistic, not messy. She put thought into it, planned, etc..  When the book came out I was 10 years old. I remember some things but I was more into her music and movies than her sex book at 10 years old lol I did see some headlines but I was smart enough to know not to believe everything I read, and I knew they were opinions of editors and columnists, NOT the general public. I mean there were people who loathed Evita as well lol You can't please everybody. I think the sex book would do awesome in todays age, possibly even so in her 60s. Its just a different time and I think the social media stuff and her image a lot of the time is what steers people away unfortunately. Because her music and her voice is still incredible!

No I agree, I mean I personally would still cry over True Blue over and over again lol but Vogue and Holiday and Into The Groove.. I am over-saturated there. I guess it depends on where Im at in my life at the time of the show lol Her live singing voice literally does something to my soul lol so to hear her sing that song that took me back to being a 5 year old, and all that stuff was just... I couldnt hold my shit together lol

She does the hits because of the general public going to her concerts. If she would make a setlist only for hard core fans than only hard core fans would show up, it is not good business if she wants to fill Arenas. General puplic doesnt care about rarely performed album tracks. I am all for Vogue and Like A Prayer, they always get the crowd going and gets her good reviews. Maybe Like A Virgin can take rest for a tour or two. It is also time for Frozen to appear in its glory again.

Listen, when she sang True Blue I cried like a newborn lol As long as these songs have this effect on people she will continue them in one way, shape, or form lol Vogue and Holiday are what she's known for to most people.
