My refund for the cancelled 20 February show arrived on 2 March. I made the refund request on 12 February. On 25 February they sent me an e-mail saying that the refund would be processed within 2-3 weeks. It’s unbelievable but it took them 3 whole weeks to reimburse me for the cancelled event.
To me it was a great opener. In my opinion, it set the tone for the entire show perfectly. I wish I could attend another show with GC as opener to be able to compare the two versions. Unfortunately, it’s not gonna happen. ?
You can always contact them asking them for the tracking number, they should be able to provide you with it. But it takes a lot of time to get an answer from them.
