OMG, my bomber has arrived at customs here in Belgium....and i need to pay 161 euro extra for all custom taxes!!!! WTF!!!!!! what an expensive jacket this is now!!!!!!knowing the XL order will be toooo big alsooo ...and was planning to buy more stuff next saturday at the venue....guess that's out of the question!!!!!!!!! should have waited ,was too affraid ,not getting it at all!!! .......never gonna order,buying stuff again from US store!!!!!!!

they finally respond from the US store....so,orders can not te changed,for exchanging the sizes,..they did say i could cancel my order,for another order,...but the bomber is sold out as we all know,...so i will stick to my XL size now....maybe it will fit? seems we all have the same issues here ....

If you go to the help center they say they can't change or cancel an order when they received it, unlike the UK store that can do it if it's not shipped.

still no email back from US store, to change my size of the jacket, after sending them several times now!!!!!!!...guess they won't change the order then? anyone else did try?

THXXX, think this will be for Belgium then around 20 euro more, VAT is 21% here,.. custom fees are a bit higher ...the jacket ,payed with paypal yesterday was 241 euro. still no answer to change it for another size from US store ! 😟
