I downloaded a decent copy off kodi, did the paramount + trial to watch the Q&A which was pretty good, but never found that online and wasn't able to capture it myself due to the encryption they used... when they talk about Michelle and Barak in the bedroom and Madonna announces that Michelle (Michael) must be the top... the best!

I think It’s a complete new edit of the video btw - only on Instagram right now - old version still on YouTube - disco section is re-edited and in my opinion so much better - anti guns NRA section extended - beginning more dramatic and slow.. EDITED SEE BELOW I thought she might be saving this for the madame x dvd release to drum up publicity EDIT OK - so maybe I’m wanting to see something that’s not there - and I didn’t like the original video because all the disco was filmed from below if there are any changes they are subtle and crop and zoom more flattering angles - or maybe I’m mad today.. could be any of the above in my current post lockdown mindset

Just for laughs.. thought I’d see how the stock inventory was across the U.K. and USA online stores why am I not surprised that they didn’t pay for the stock/inventory module of their e-commerce system ”lets spend just enough for Cart to function and take money, who cares if we have what the suckers want?” anyone for 10,000 VIP books on the U.K. store? or how about 100,000 VIP books on the USA store or maybe it was always planned to be a post tour merchandise item and will become what they classify an evergreen product - always available and always in production... or they just cheaper out on their e-commerce platform!

You are right - watching it back on the Instagram clip wasn’t how we heard it up in the rafters of the palladium having no clue what was going on with no visuals that is one thing I missed on Madame X Tour there weren’t many occasions but occasionally like that most of the theatre couldn’t see a thing and a normal concert experience we’d all stare up at the screens but this time just stare at the ceiling or chat to partner i think this was most apparent in Lisbon because that venue wasn’t really a theatre compared to the other venues - it was massive and from the back rake she was pretty tiny in the distance - ironic it was one of the best shows we saw - Crave was still there, Sodade was her on her own, her voice pure and strong all through compared to the duet we saw the next night and the crowd in Lisbon were pretty amazing all in all I loved Madame X Tour despite the messiness of it, 3 cancelled shows - 2 last minute in Lisbon and the constant anxiety about the Madonna lottery - was she even going to turn up? And if she did was she ok? Would you get the full show or the edit? Was she in a good mood? so many factors to make or break a night and kept us guessing up until the end - never expected to end my run on 3rd & 4th both with full show and her in a great mood i really feel for those that couldn’t afford it get the chance, those that had dreams and tickets and were cancelled, and one good friend who lucked out on 2 VIP experiences of the edit show and never saw the full vision and was left very sad

Even in Lisbon she didn’t really apologise for the 1st cancellation “Madame x apologised” not madonna and the second cancellation we never got an apology :( even the 4th where she talks about being a masochist it’s Madame x who doesn’t like to disappoint people... especially herself were her words she has always been and I’m sure will always be an unapologetic bitch - all these lone term fans suddenly expect madonna not to be madonna - she definitely isn’t cancelling to spite us her fans though as many seem to be making out and is trying to get through to the end (else she wouldn’t have showed up just now) I still think her team are weak and with no one strong to challenge her the cancellations are going up to the wire - rather than someone forcing her to make decisions earlier

also believed after this week she would push through unless it was something out of her control - and maybe we will hear more in the coming days - the Instagram Account still posting pics from the show 2 hours ago is beyond ignorant to the feelings of the fans though - I’m sure someone on her team must read the boards across some of the fan sites - when is it going to get through to her team that last minute cancellations really upset fans and the last thing they want to see at this precise moment is amazing photos from a show they will now likely not be able to see.. I agree on most of your points, though except how she chooses to spend her downtime and recovery time is her choice and some of it speculation - we see snippets of her life here and there, behind closed doors I’m sure she is in a lot of physical therapy, muscle conditioning, rest etc too she can’t be expected to lock herself in a room until the next day as a way of recovery - you need mental stimulation when you are facing any hard recovery process - I know when I broke bones across the top of my feet 3 years ago that walking far wasn’t possible, painful and ultimately resting was the best policy - but the mind begins to suffer without external stimulation etc.. She has already mentioned the struggle and impact this has had on her mental health last week I believe Equally having a young flexible hot new Bf (with I assume lots of sex) probably hasnt exactly helped Physically even if it’s done wonders for her emotional state and she seems so happy with him - and had she ditched the heels the moment she started to have problems I’m sure the whole tour would have been a different experience btw was me about the restricted view seats, I didn’t ask to be moved, I flat out told the ladies that were dealing with the seats (politely) that the view was unacceptable and I couldn’t stay in the seats - that the tickets had been bought in good faith as soon as on sale in June 2019 and Madonna cutting off the view with her curtains meant that they needed to find me alternative seats every theatre and venue has a block of house seats for such occasions and they are generally well aware of which seats and sections they get complaints from lisbon the coliseum our first show was meant to be amazing view box seats half way back - except that the 1 upper level box we were in had a massive supporting pillar next to it and meant out of all 20 or so boxes on that level ours and the one opposite were restricted view to the point of being no view - but not stated when bought or on the tickets we were moved there but was a little more stressful at the time Paris certainly on the 4th there were a lot of people moved to the seats around us for viewing issues - I get that the stage didn’t fit etc and was a challenge, but that shouldn’t mean paying top price for virtually no view And I’m sorry you experienced that trouble is it’s not always common knowledge that the venue has spare seats for this purpose (most LONDON theatres even on a full night hold back 6-8 amazing seats specifically as house seats for this purpose and last minute vip customers) depends on who you get to speak to on the night, levels of politeness and firmness, language barriers, staffs moods and ultimately how early you are at the show, for sure all the house seats were allocated an hour before she came on so it can be luck - but if your seats have a genuine issue with the view you should always complain and if the person who showed you to your seat can’t help speak with their supervisor, escalate calmly and politely and stick to your guns that you paid a certain amount of money for a certain experience and you expect that i know in Lisbon if my other half wasn’t Brazilian, had lived in Lisbon for 7 years before he moved to london 6 years ago and was fluent in Portuguese it would have been very difficult - and I don’t think ultimately we would have been moved Honestly in Paris it was very stressful after we saw that the seats were blocked by the curtains on Saturday 29th and subsequently the 3rd and 4th were nerve wracking until resolved I hope for her sake she really is looking after herself now there has been another cancellation and For the fans sake she needs to make sure the remaining 3 dates she makes some concrete decisions on sooner rather than later

All I can say is that I feel so sorry for all the fans tonight, the fact that they had opened the doors and some fans had already bought merchandise... not even our first Lisbon show had they actually let anyone in before cancelling (was 25 min before doors opened) I can’t defend what’s happening now, especially after the amazing performances on Tuesday and Wednesday - I’m sure many fans picked up those last few tickets and travelled far to come tonight Whatever is going on I hope she is ok, and that we aren’t on the edge of something more serious with her health Its my own opinion that perhaps the pain killers she has been having recently take a little while to kick in, that she leaves it until the last possible minute to take them, and this has left mixed results i think there are additional factors on top of the excruciating pain and injuries she has, factors we will probably never know about As someone who travelled to Lisbon and had 2 shows cancelled out of 4 last minute I understand the upset, pain, disappointment and mood of all the fans affected - be strong and if you have travelled try and do something unique in Paris while you still remain there to salvage something positive from the experience - it didn’t make up for the cancellations in Lisbon for us, but by pushing through we came home with Some good memories of the trip to Lisbon in January again feel so bad for all affected and hope that Madonna changes the team around her once this is finished to people that know what they are doing rather than just being yes people

Forgot to mention from the 4th - this made my partner and I giggle at the time and is becoming a catchphrase between us round the flat since returning home as Madonna was sitting down to the typewriter at the start of Medellin in deadly silence a really enthusiastic girl from one of the upper levels screams out “Whoo! Whoo! Type it girl! Type it girl!” ???

It was cut from every radio edit show so some shows in London and some shows in Paris Introduction typewriter segment, God control, Dark Ballet, Human Nature, Express Yoursef verse acapella and then the Doctor Doctor skit while she changed for vogue

She did it both 3rd and 4th March..

Sorry for the late review - honestly was absolutely drained, exhausted and have only just arrived back in London 2 hours ago Both 3rd and 4th March we bought tickets back in June 19 The were end of the row - C & D and had the Rex been setup normally would have been amazing seats We saw on Saturday (29th) just what exactly they had done with the staging and the curtains and were super pissed off that for €387 each the seats would basically maybe see madonna the few times she was at the very front of the stage - otherwise restricted view Tuesday 3rd when we complained initially they tried to move us to second price seats in middle back of the stalls, eventually giving us section 3 row H17 & 19 (which as there is no row A is 7 rows back) I loved the view for watching the show on my birthday Wednesday 4th due to her up and down health, because we expected the edit and also knew we were in for problems with the seats again my other half was asking me every 5 minutes at Disney - has she cancelled yet? Anyway we got to the theatre after a very tiring day at Disney with only 30 minutes to change at the hotel We arrived at the Rex around 8:30pm but it was A LOT quieter than it had been the night before at the same time. The lady began to lead us to our seats (different lady than the night before) and started to explain the seats weren’t acceptable and that we had been changed the night before - she didn’t even leave us at our original seats and led us to the back of the orchestra while she got her supervisor Was the same lady that re-seated is the night before - she immediately smiled at us (compared to the night before) agreed the seats weren’t acceptable and then led us to the exact mirror seats that we had the night before - section 2 H18-20 The Grand Rex is a weird shape and despite being the exact same seats but the other side of the stage they were actually closer than the night before so my other half was half happy... The band came on at 9:30 and yet again the Paris audience was great, and there was a bigger standing ovation at the end compared to the 3rd I thought Now yesterday when they had left the stage through the middle curtain we had seen the stage setup all done for god control - and between the band leaving and the final “get to your seats” was 45 mins Last night as the band left, again a peek through the curtain and complete shock as again the stairs and stage setup for god control Until the curtain rose we refused to believe it - especially as everything was 15mins behind the night before But on queue at 10:45 the final “please take your seats” came over the speakers and shortly after the show began with the full typewriter intro before God Control Right from the start she har a beaming smile and was even more energetic with some of the choreography than the night before - with an almost disastrous clash/wobble with one the the police dancers where she lost her balance before climbing up the stairs, he saved her and it didn’t phase her After Human Nature again it was with just the singers, but she cut off the express yourself acapella and also the chatter about getting drinks later Overall throughout the show I felt in some places she moved it along swiftly compare to the night before When she asked the “what do you call a man with a small penis” about half the audience in the orchestra shouted out “Macron” but she chose to ignore it and did the Donald Trump skit The Polaroid went to a French guy as I’m sure others mentioned - she said she was in excruciating pain and the doctors had told her she absolutely should have cancelled the rest of the tour back end of last year But she said she carried on because Madame X is a a masochist and also Madame X doesn’t like to disappoint - the crowd went crazy at that point When the bidding came she quipped that she didn’t know what was going on with the French economy and that the girl from Croatia Petra from the night before - “I’m saying her name in case she is here tonight! Well Petra told me she gave me 4,000 but when I counted it later it was only 3,800, that’s not on.” However last night Petra very clearly bid and gave 3,000 so Madonna was making up a story for effect - as she pointed out to us the night before... The Guy bid 4,200 and she was happy with that but not that it was 50’s lol She took 2 Polaroid and gave him what she said was the good one She asked him what his job was to have so much money and he said he worked for L’Oréal - she said “people have strange jobs” while lying on the stage head over the edge upside down again like yesterday “So do you have a job where you are a makeup artist or you sit at a desk?” He said both “well that’s a stupid answer, it doesn’t make sense! Anyway..” Was a fun interaction - Batuka she did better than the night before with the entrance but was only half way up when she started singing - however across the 29th, 3rd and 4th last night was the only time where she sat in the correct place the first time to use the lamp post for support and the choreography - 29th when she reached back it wasn’t even close and she kind of just sat there rather than correct herself - 3rd when she reached back she quickly moved across closer when she realised But last night she was on point and used the lamp post for support straight away and was standing and doing the routine properly She didn’t do the the Trill Ululation on the rug but was having fun with the song as always (whereas Saturday when she didn’t do it she was in obvious pain) After that again she talked about how being a mother is the hardest job in the world - “all you mothers out there know that, and all you other motherfuckers out there BETTER know that!” When she was asking about if people knew what fado means she commented that “you people all seem to know what it means but is that because you are close to me? Did everyone else leave? I can’t see a thing into the audience right now” The lights came onto the audience and everyone screams for her When she asked if we wanted to here her sing a little bit of a Fado song the whole audience instantly roared back YEAH - this was the 1st time across the 9 shows I’ve seen where she didn’t have to ask that question twice she noticed “FINALLY you are answering in unison, thank you!” From this part she really began to relax She commented that sometimes there were mistakes or the song didn’t go right to which Gasper said something like you always get things right which she called him a Liar for saying The interaction with her bf is sooo amazing to watch, before he bought out the port she gave a speech on the piano “You meet people, you fall in love, you invent a narrative, you create a persona, things happen! And suddenly you are in a relationship and you find you are with someone that just wants to take, yes that’s right take. Look at all of you with your innocent faces... you are all guilty of it at one time or another! However, there are always exceptions, every once in a while someone comes into your life who just wants to give” at which point he arrived with the white port They downed it together as a competition but he beat her which she quipped happily that he was too good at that! Before it came to Medellin she started playing with the sound and light queues to try and test them and said they kept getting it wrong and she liked to keep them on their toes! To be frank whoever was doing the spotlight both 3rd & 4th must have been drunk as he barely kept her lit at some points in the show After Medellin where the dancer escorts her to the edge of the stairs she stood on 1 foot holding his hand and trying to unbalance him telling him “have you got me? Have you really got me? I’m testing you” smiling and sticking her tongue out The beer bitch was great, I don’t know Christine but both sides were complimentary and it was filmed so I would think we will see it on Instagram shortly She was a lot happier in Like a Prayer last night I thought and I Rise she really gave it her all I’m sure I missed loads of bits too, but this is what I can remember right now Was an amazing end for us to our own little Madame X Tour We had 3 cancellations, 1 we rearranged, swapped some of our original tickets in London for box seats in the palladium which were amazing, had 2 amazing holidays combined into the experience over January through to now and honestly was so happy to see her healthy happy, strong and doing what she loves these last 2 days She can see the end in sight and she’s giving her all!
