  1. I have actually been thinking about this same topic. I think it boils down to 2 tracks from Rebel Heart... Bitch I'm Madonna & Rebel Heart. I can see a very stripped version of BIM and an amp'd up version of Rebel Heart in a closing section of a tour. No song from MDNA was in the RHT. But I don't think Madonna has the same connection to MDNA as she does to Rebel Heart album
  2. LOL... yeah see. I loved The Girlie Show Tour and not so much with MDNA
  3. I respectfully disagree about RHT. I thought it was pure brilliance. Every aspect of the tour is set on a schedule, the push back doesn't mean the tour was rushed, there are too many variables involved or outside issues that have to be taken into account for too. Thematically, I consider RHT one of her best and over time will be a classic.
  4. I would love for Madonna to do a secret album... For her... she really hasn't done that. And after the Rebel Heart debacle, she needs more secrecy.
  5. Something tells me... She's not going to change her show.
  6. 2 things: 1) I posted the fine print: (According to Madonnanewsblog, may be rumor, not official yet) 2) This was about a year ago. I think we've moved past any promo tour and have reveled in the actual tour by now. Happy New Year.
  7. The current issue is not where it will be properly filmed... the current issue it whether the legal battles with Rocco will cause any scheduled shows to be re-scheduled. Typically, the filmed show is decided but not publicized and until the venue posts notices that you may be filmed, which hasn't happened yet. Better cross your fingers the pro-shot is not a date that was set to be filmed and would have to be moved due to court. I know most of you aren't parents, so being one, I see Rocco's defection a little differently than you (if you don't have kids). Rocco is in the wrong here. At 15 he knows his mom has to work, that she's a public figure, that she has an instagram, that Rocco himself has used and benefitted from those instagram posts. I see it as he's breaking her heart very publicly and in a juvenile. He's pitting parent against parent when things were decided long ago who would live where. 15 year olds that are in charge of pulling the strings is bad and not good for business, trust me. And please correct me if I have it wrong, but wasn't the #nosausage the correction instagram post because he didn't like the first one where she is simply praising him? This is not a good situation, its bad. I pray for the RHT but mostly for those dates that she may be forces to be in court now.
  8. Heartbreak City Love Don't Live Here Anymore You'll See
  9. True... that is the word on the streets. Markets are still being negotiated... And anyone who thinks this tour will not reach into one of the top 10 grossing tours ever by a solo artist may find themselves wrong. Hoping the Pro-Shot has no fan made videos... I want more of a Confessions tour-like pro-shot tour.
  10. Yes. Often we will pay upwards of $29.99 for the show and an audio disc of selected songs from the show. And remember, for posterity purposes (currently) she needs to have her shows available. The formats should be updated for Blond Ambition, Like A Virgin and Re-Invention Tours, but technically they are available or "out there"
  11. I could be wrong... but I don't think pro-shot Asia releases of DVD/Blu-Ray will happen. Notoriously, the crowd energy is super low for those shows even tho they are sell out shows. Thats why M loves the South American shows because they give her life! Even though I do not like the focus on the crowd, Madonna needs a high energy crowd for the overall feel of the DVD/Blu-ray. I think Australia is deserving of another Pro-shot recorded and released show... they've waited long enough. Mexico would be awesome too.
  12. Respectfully, I disagree. Rebel Heart easily could have hit 500,000 in first week if: -people didn't have it already. Remember, by Christmas most had all 25 tracks in almost final demo form (except Ghosttown), Ghosttown was the surprise. -Avicii tracks were built upon instead of deconstructed -Produced as a secret album (ala Beyonce) I won't say Madonna pulls any sway in today's world relative to sales much anymore but that is also because she doesn't do what other younger artists do to be on the front of their minds. I think this is the only draw back to being the "Queen of Pop". Rebel Heart has some pretty amazing tracks that for any other singer would have catapulted Rebel Heart to 1,000,000 in first week. There are a lot of younger fans that are now true Madonna fans. Even her facebook followers... over 18 Million worldwide, why didn't at least half buy the album? So, the autopsy on Rebel Heart being unsuccessful wasn't about the work which was overall given great praise, it had to be about the process or strategy. The Leak was bad, it was very bad.
  13. MDNA tour film tried some things different from M's other pro-shot tours... but it was very discombobulated. Since this is an arena tour, I pray for more traditional jib shots and show focus. MDNA tour DVD bothered me to my core. I don't care about the fans in the crowd .... it was WAY TOO MUCH CROWD STUFF! And yes I think Fighter is right, She was more involved in MDNA editing than any other tour DVD in the past. I understand some people's frustration with S&S dubbing DVD, but overall its 10 times better to me and watchable than the MDNA DVD. Confessions was 100% spot on. Please another like that.
  14. There was serious talk in her camp of a 4th single prior to the tour. But since, that has also seriously died down. If a 4th single is announced just be happy with whatever song is chosen. Likelihood presently is unknown.
  15. I agree. And... She does not want to start a reverse trend. All of her tours have grossed more than then next except for MDNA. Rebel Heart Tour.. fingers crossed and Madonna willing by adding South America, will at a minimum beat MDNA. A downward trend is not good for a star of Madonna's level no matter how good the tour is substance-wise.
  16. Hmmmm, I've heard rumors that South America is still in discussion to close out the tour... (again, just rumors)
  17. There is always a DVD/Blu-Ray. Don't expect it until late 2016 at the earliest with hopefully another large release event for that. This show is spectacular. We can't police negative constant comments as technically they are allowed. But everyone else who is very much excited, just do your best to not buy into the negativity. Don't give negative thoughts free rent in your mind.
  18. I agree with you and completely disagree with others that say this show was just ok. The show was spectacular! Madonna started this era with the opening comments in her LFL performances saying this will be a revolution of love, and to be perfectly content with being who you are and not apologizing for being who you are. Madonna is 57. This is an arguably more mature show. Definitely a happier show. I don't care if other fans are stuck in the past, wanting Madonna to cater to them. Its not called the Fans Rebel Heart Tour... Its Madonna's Rebel Heart Tour. This is her.. now. And I accept her for that. Time and time again ever since RIT, online Madonna fans (yes online fans are a rare breed and are not the same as others that no nothing of these forums) have become significantly more critical, rude, not-easy-to-please people. I tend to stay silent more often now than I used to because **My happiness** with who Madonna is today and what she is presenting to the world today is NOT affected by these more critical fans. Yes, some of them aren't going to like a lot... setlist, or costumes, or vibe. Thats ok. I don't have those issues. So, I simply enjoy the Madonna of Now. Its a very peaceful place to be. I think that is what more should take away from this. I can only explain this rationally as the difference of age between us that have been on the Madonna campaign since day 1 and those that were born well after her stardom. There is a stark difference.
  19. Reading everyone's comments... its depressing. Today is the day, and I'm over the moon. I'm not feeling the faith or the love from the majority of you. I'll be honest... the last few tours have been amazing but have followed a [new album song] majority. I have been around since day one with Madonna, I think the show having older songs never once conceived to be performed, thought part of her back catalogue not worthy of performance now making it is a dream come true. I accept everyone's comments, the speech should flow freely, but I'm ecstatic!!
  20. Its Max & SebH's Special Edition remix from my Madonna:Project Remix 2. You can download here: https://soundcloud.com/madonna-project-remix/sets/madonnaproject-remix-2-club-ep-full
  21. I agree with you... and this time being as the tour starts in North America in an arena... (fingers crossed) No one will be let in to the venue until opening night. I think after opening night... as usual the internet, news outlets and fans are going to have a field day posting snippets or full LQ recordings of every number and interlude... But until then, I hope nothing leaks.
  22. I was reading that the projection is Madonna will gross an average between $5,000,000-$6,000,000 per night on RH Tour. If that holds true, and I'm not completely sold on those #'s, RH Tour could beat S&S Tour's gross. We'll see. The #'s usually don't start to post until midway during the tour.
  23. LOL agreed. Tina Turner will be 76 in November. She announced she may go back on tour. Tina, similar to Madonna takes great care of her body.... Madonna at just 57 and with Cher touring well into her 60's... Madonna's good... she won't stop, but I think she will stop to smell the roses more, take more time between musical projects, probably will transition to more music performance than theatrical shows... Its ok, she has nothing to prove. And I welcome how she's aging and living. I think we as fans have the anxiety and the worry, we need to change and learn to let her be what she wants to be.
