Who is Chris Lord-Alge and why is he credited for La Isla Bonita on the Immaculate Collection? Also, why are so many tracks labeled "edit" or "remix" and others aren't? Weren't they all new edits and remixes anyway? @Prayerto your knowledge, is it possible to replace the cover of an album on Spotify without taking it down and reuploading? I was expecting a bigger jump yesterday, but it's crazy how it's been like three weeks since Popular and she is still gaining almost half a million A DAY. She's not slowing down. I don't think she's gonna make it to top 50 but it's still crazy

It's a bacterial infection, and she is recovering. It won't take long for her to be back on her feet and dancing again. The only thing that is a complication is that she was intubated, and that means she might have a hard time singing for a while. I'm guessing that's why they haven't announced how delayed the tour is. Dancing on stage in a month from now doesn't sound crazy, it's the voice that we don't really know how it will be impacted.

Since she is fine and already recovering I guess it's okay to look at the silver lining. She is currently trending on Reddit and the press coverage she is getting from this will probably boost her numbers even more for tomorrow.

I don't think they were saying that Guy was making shit up at all. By "damage control" I think that meant that Guy may be making sound less serious to not make people worry too much. For example he didn't say she was found unresponsive, but maybe she was and he didn't share it because she's okay now.

I'm glad she's okay. 'infection", "intubated", I wonder if she got COVID? I know it's a virus and not a bacterium, but still. It must have been very serious if she couldn't breathe. Also since bacteria and viruses spread, I wonder if her crew also got sick. Maybe she will start the tour from August? And take it easy for a couple of weeks? Depending on how hard her lungs were affected, maybe mid-August?
