Katharine McPhee covers Sooner or Later

Katharine McPhee, whom you might recognize from the sadly underrated Smash TV series, has just released a new jazz album and she covers Madonna's Sooner or Later. Have a listen here:

Nothing can beat the Academy Awards version.
But I like the jazzy feel of this cover.

I like Katharine. She was a big favorite on American Idol.  They said even on the show, they thought she should be an actress as well.  I like this cover. Of course, nothing beats Madonna singing it, but then again I might be quite partial being a huge Madonna fan. LOL!   But nothing can top her Oscar performance.

I totally LOVE her cover. It's totally different from M's version and I love that. So we can appreciate the original and this new version, which makes me think of music from Michel Legrand "Parapluie de Cherbourg" and "Demoiselle de Rochefort" Thanks for sharing
