No it wouldn’t have. She’s making the point that she can do whatever she wants with her own photos, her own image, her own face. She doesn’t owe it to society or to you to display signs of her aging simply because of demands to “age gracefully” (whatever that means).  People in their 20s and 30s have wrinkles too. Would you ever demand someone of that age show you their crow’s feet in a photo? But suddenly when someone turns 50 or 60 it’s owed to you?

Exactly, their comments are frightening beyond Madonna, it's like the world revolves around them and it should be in their image. Godlike complex. They don't seem to realize that they are saying much more than commenting on Madonna...like the guy who shamed girls at the gym.
