Zaktkoons 982
Which Madonna album do you think sticks with the same visual theme throughout all of its visuals the best (live performances, music videos, promos)? I personally think Ray of Light. skyfitswim
PWCCA 2,498
Definitely Ray of Light. It wasn't completely consistent, but it was more so than most of her other albums

Andymad 10,303
Definitely Ray of Light, Music and Confessions. Redha DBL, skyfitswim, A. A. Aardvark and 2 others

Madame Madonna 4,107
I think that its definitely Hard candy album era. Music videos, S&S tour.. she has been stuck on that boring middle parts hair style since then. So..
Lucifer's Angel 651
Like a Virgin, hands down. That albums sticks with the boy-toy imagine on its cover throughout all the music videos, performances, interviews etc. She was always wearing some lace tops, bleached hair, rosaries, crucifixes, skirts, bracelets and bustiers. She was so good sticking with it that everyone in the world tried to dress like her and that is how the cultural phenomenon known as Madonna wannabe started A. A. Aardvark and Joan of Marc
null 2,303
Ray Of Light and Music for sure IMO. The caterpillar to butterfly metamorphosis for these two eras was unlike anything she'd done to those points and they both worked so cohesively adjacent to each other. Fighter 28,796
to me ray of light is one of the least cohesive, it was all over the place with the different cultural references
A. A. Aardvark 4,826
Does no one LOve her first album ? And maybe Like A Virgin too. Erotica ! You'd have thought Madge was Grace Jones' Scarier Sister around this time ?

Enrico 15,786
Apart the last two, I would say all of them. Also True Blue finds its cohesion in its adult image opposite to LAV.

drivebitch 1,860
Why would you want the same theme for every single? Bedtime Stories had great looks and themes.
anel_ 128
I’d say confessions, LAV and the first album are top

Brendanlovesu1 11,867
Maybe not visually. I meant more in a general tone. Rebel Heart and MDNA were major returns to form for Madonna's Music Videos. You can tell that there was lots of thought and care taken in them and better than virtually all videos released in the same time frame from other artists. I can understand people might not personally like them for whatever reason, but the work, care and effort was obvious for all to see. It sort of shocks me that people put those videos from those eras down (GGW, TUTR, BIM etc) after SOME really subpar video clips for Confessions and Hard Candy. ie Jump and Miles Away

gafuller 1,653
Rebel Heart has a sort of end of the world vibe and I wish she’d capitalized on it in the tour. BIM was like the “live it up” before it all explodes.
