Do you think M will attend the Met Gala this year?

She will be in NYC for the Glaad Awards on May 4th.

The Met Gala will take place on May 6th.

It could also become part of the promotion...

The theme this year is 'Camp: Notes On Fashion' and seems a perfect fit for Madonna. I can imagine her slaying the red carpet in a daring, ironic and extreme outfit.

Met's 2019 Costume Exhibition is inspired by Susan Sontag's 1964 essay that defines camp as "love of the unnatural: of artifice and exaggeration."

If anyone understands 'Camp', then it's Madonna.

 She's had a few questionable outfit choices during this last decade... so as long as she stays away from looks like these, everything will be fine. I don't recall a single moment when Madonna + Gaultier hadn't worked out. She should stick to it.

I think her best Met Gala look was in 2014, when the theme was 'Punk: Chaos To Couture'. She completely nailed it.
