I reordered the tracks so the Latin inspired tracks were together and the more typical Mirwais tracks close out the album as she gets a bit more, er, experimental. I deleted EO, Killers, and Batuka and it's a much better and COHESIVE listening experience with only 12 tracks, and it flows extremely well.

except that those three songs are pretty much the heart of the album lol together with I rise, Dark ballet and  God control. It's what Madame X is all about

The Green would have satisfied me if it ended there as a complete album.  The Yellow are ones I enjoy in some aspect, but not completely. It's mostly the vocal effects that turn me off on a lot of these songs.  The one in red, I can say I'd be fine if I never heard them again.  Though, over time I tend to like things I never liked early on.  But "Back That Up To The Beat", I'm not sure I'll ever get into since I never liked the early incarnation of it for Rebel Heart.  I feel it only only got worse with this version.

The orange ones particularly get on my nerves because they are 'could have been' songs. Red ones are bad but more fun that those. I will never get over God Control going on to Future

It's just nice to see that Mirwais's production skills are so strong they were able to evolve and not keep sounding like they did with "Music" and "American Life". Despite the progress, you can tell it's him on the album. There's still that cool, frosty funk to his tracks.

I think she's found her perfect pairing in Mirwais. And not Mike Dean, like she might believe.

"Killers' " lyrics aren't clunky; they are straightforward and to the point. Theyre about having empathy and standing up for other people. When you have power, your duty is to empower. And that what the song is about. You dont have to be gay to fight for gay rights; you dont have to be a woman to stand up for inequality; you dont have to be black to fight racism.

The Mirwais tracks are tops for me, though I do enjoy "Crave" alot and "Crazy".
