Not 100% sure if this channel is legit but it appears Warner Music Latina (Mexico) uploaded an official 4k remaster of "4 Minutes".

i don’t see how that official Twitter is connected to this YouTube account. The YouTube channel isn’t even verified, plus why would it upload an unofficial rough cut of Vogue from the Re-Invention Tour?

Fake. The conversion to 60fps is horrible, you can see the distorted/warped visuals that's filling in the gaps between a 29fps video to a 60fps. It's an amateur attempt.
