It's probably more for optical reasons: She hides wrinkles with oversized necklaces, scarves and gloves, just as Lagerfeld did with gloves and high shirt collars. Age wrinkles on the neck, décolleté and hands are almost impossible to remove, even with beauty surgery. ?
