New Madonna App?

It's been almost a year since Madonna.com uploaded a post about a new official Madonna app. It says that we should:

What do you think happened? This is one of the things that I don't like about her team, things are moving so slowly and there's barely any news ever.

I remember getting it around the rebel heart era, it's been a few years since then lol but I think it was a handheld version of the website, with a built in music player

Maybe they planned on launching it with the MXT DVD but then the delay happened....
