When I've said "digital sources" I mean a digital copy from the master tapes, but I don't know if those "new" digital versions were available before on CD. For example my True Blue (Remix Edit) available on CD sounds worse than the one available on the 35th anniversary.  And OYH (Extended & Dub),  LTT (Instrumental) and LIB (Extended & Extended instrumental) sounds worse than the versions available on the Japanese CDs.

Interesting. I find that the true blue remix edit is the same as the CD source, but with an increase in volume

My True Blue (Remix) is from this release and I find the EQ really different  (apart of the volume increase): https://www.discogs.com/es/Various-32-Ones-On-One-Radio-1s-25th-Birthday/release/5119621

I’m pretty sure this was a vinyl rip (albeit a very good one). The best CD rip of True Blue Remix is here: https://www.discogs.com/Various-Simply-The-Best-Of-Warner-Music-UK/release/926166

As far as I know there are two "True Blue (Remix Edit)" available on CD. I'm sure (based on the post of @thegoldencalf) that the version available on the 35th anniversary is the one of "The Best Of Warner Music (UK)" (1998) with the volume increase. And the fade out is perfect clean (there isn't any noise from a vinyl, neither filters to remove that noise).

Yes, it would be the same digital master as used on “The Best of Warner Music (UK)”.

The only other release to feature it is the radio one number ones cd that you previously mentioned and I think that includes a well mastered vinyl rip.

Correct. The UK CD version is the one I have and it’s the same as the one on 35th

I did not know that.  Obviously, I knew that it was from an earlier era but I was not aware that it had been used.  True Blue was my first Madonna era..

Yeah. It's first appearance on a Madonna release was on the Dress You Up EP,  but the first appearance anywhere was:

https://www.discogs.com/Various-Revenge-Of-The-Killer-Bs/release/1274269

which actually came out in September or October 1984 even though the discogs listing says 1985

Totally misplaced on that cd since it wasn’t a B side at the time and it was no revenge anyway

Cherish now available in 1080p HD.

Keep the "True Blue" surprises coming!

It's "Cherish" anniversary these days, right? Guess we won't have a digital single, since the Extended and "Supernatural" are already on the "Like A Prayer" 30th release (sadly this release is streaming only, not available for purchase, wish that would change).
