The "Ray Of Light" single remixes haven't been put on streaming yet, hence why they are releaseing this. We only have the Frozen mixes so far...

Oh, you're right. For some reason, I thought they were already there. But it's only the Sasha Edit on FEL.

See, if they didn't upload things bit by bit in some random order, we wouldn't get lost...

But maybe we'll get Has To Be as a b-side ?...

But we already Have Frozen and Ray Of Light... Surely they're not gonna pack all the Drowned World/ Power Of Goodbye /Nothing Really Matters on one release? Because why is it titled "Ray Of Light (Single Remixes)"?... It's certainly not Ray Of Light remixes again? What could it be ?

The Ray of Light single mixes haven’t been on streaming. That’s what this release is for.
Why would they put Drowned World, Power of Goodbye and Nothing Really Matters in one release?

Clearly NRM will have its own release, and Drowned World as well.

Twilo mix might be one of the best things she's ever done along with his Drowned World Mix. Honestly I wish the Sasha stuff had worked out after Ray Of Light Sessions because he and BT would have given us her best record. They're genius. Obviously I adore the music era but the Orbit tracks had run their course by Music. Sasha and BT would have worked some edgy fire that would have been more in-keeping than the "pass the baton" tracks Orbit did for Music.

Something along the lines of N*Sync's Pop (also produced by BT) would have fit nicely sitting next to the song Music, and then they could have given us some trancey anthemic remixes.  Really excited to have the Twilo mix on streaming.

They could eliminate the album/edit and give us the 2 remaining remix edits. We already have 1 on FEL.

I mean true but from a completist point of view, it’s annoying to not have them all in one place. 😩 I don’t like when all versions are being scattered around different releases.

There's also the other Victor remix from E=VC2 compilation that is similar to the remix edit from the Drowned World single but more beefed up. I remember reading around that time Victor said he wasn't fully happy with the first remix edit released.

As s digital collector It gets kinda annoying to have those "ghost releases" that are basically the releases but the tracks are taken from other files already on streaming, basically a playlist

With it being called Single Mixes will it be just all the radio edits on this release and possibly the extended mixes  the week after? I guess we will find out Friday (or Thursday with Australia first)

No. It’s called “single mixes” to avoid confusion. If it were called “Ray of Light (Remixes)” one could believe it was remixes for the whole album.
