I remember at some point a sticker on the album cover with Erotica and Bad Girl featured as singles. Would anybody have that archive or was it a dream?

It´s said that M never sang Bad Girl in a tour because she hates the fact of having her first single ever not to enter Top 20 on Billboard Hot 100. 

There is no evidence that this is the case regarding Bad Girl on tour - it's likely it didn't fit the Girlie Show setlist / theme so it wasn't included , then she would have moved on.  Madonna is not Mariah Carey, she doesn't care about the Billboard charts as much as you might think 

If Madonna doesn't perform a song, it's likely that it just didn't fit - like American Pie, Nothing Matters, TPOG on the DWT or even  Ghosttown on RHT

RE: the Fever release - it was mostly for the clubs and was promo only in the USA. The music video was filmed a while after - it was never rushed, in the UK, Fever had a montage video as the music video had not been filmed yet etc. The plan was Bad Girl for the radio and Fever for the clubs
