But vinyls don’t need to be made available right away for purchase once the announcement is made

Yeah, but they need some time to made them. And if there are problems with the production, a lot of other artists are in a waiting line before her. But idk. ?

Exactly. That’s why there’s a perfect amount of time between the announcement and the release date to produce everything. It doesn’t even need to be a 3 month period. Could even be 6 months.

They could be building so much hype with an announcement and pre-order right now

Madonna unfortunately now is announcing everything and even posting snippets months if not years in advance, which suck for me cus she ruins the excitement.

Guy only cares about money and unfortunately he has convinced Madonna to share the same priorities.

Don't be ridiculous.  Madonna has been an artist for more than forty years of her life (including her pre-fame efforts) and continues to be.  M has lots of money because a lot of people relate to that art.    Listen to Madame X.  Does it really seem like a manufactured, BTS-esque production with no soul?  Nope.  Despite any objections, the record is experimental and an outpouring of both message and emotion.  Throughout her career, she has a history of taking risks that have turned dollars away, such as a theatre tour when she is definitely capable of arenas and even stadiums.   That decision was about the art, definitely not about the dollars.  That was a pretty recent decision too.   She could have settled in to a Vegas residency like so many others.  Now that sort of behavior is uninspired, lazy and money grabbing.  She could have relleased remasters, starting after 2000 and never looked forward.  $$$$$$ It is unfair to diminish Madonna's status an a artist simply because she has been successful for 40 years.  She has and continues to contribute so much.  The art is always first.  The money just follows.

Lol I love when some fans buy into her blatant lies.

MXT was a small scale tour because she didn’t have a label paying for it and she wasn’t prepared to spend her own money on a large scale tour. Also her popularity was at an all time low and it wasn’t smart to try fill up large venues on multiple dates.

But she could have easily not have toured at all and cancel the whole thing once her injury got bad.
She does deserve applause for that

40+ years of art is not a "lie".

I’m assuming money wise she isn’t worried about music sales - let’s face it she has enough dosh now never needing to work so these re-issues will just top up what she has already . I imagine the deal she brokered with Warner’s has also been paid in advance and it’s just a matter or royalties now from the eventual physical releases and streaming . The only issue now is how they will be promoted to not just hard core fans but casual ones - I know Prince purple rain reissue sold a lot ( I think it even made the top 10 of the billboard 200) which is pretty good going when you think about it ? It would just be nice to have some kind of update i think .. anything ?

Blatant lies? She was talking about doing a theater tour 5 years prior to that. Also Live Nation financed the tours she didn’t pay the cost out of her own pocket….

No it wasn't - what do you think her 360 deal was for - so she could self finance her tours and then just pay Live Nation money? Live Nation funded the tours.

The 360 deal expired in 2017 and MXT was an independent endeavor.
Rebel Heart was the last tour under that deal until she signs a new one
