Has anyone wondered why there is a subtle Usher diss at the end of the "unmixed" version of "I Love New York"?

"There was a dog who's name was Usher
And Usher was his name-o

U-S-H-E-R"

Is this about the R&B singer?

I don't think it's a diss, I think it's a nod of respect and acknowledgement of where the album title came from.
