a lot of Madonna fans are anti-black.

My entire response stream was based on this comment that you cannot in any way proportionally quantify just from internet troll comments.

Why the hell would I go to lengths to make excuses for anyone anti black let alone Madonna fans.

Really? Don’t do that.

I’m am also not responsible for any actions or reactions of other forum members. I speak alone. If you want talk more we can continue privately. I don’t get into internet spats.

Songs that are rubbish by Madonna's standards could be qualified as a lot of other pop artists masterpieces.

To be fair that was Mirwais...Keep the Trance. Sure Pharrell turned a turd into a kidney stone but alas i dont count it existing.

I definitely dont deny that there is a certain bias against Madonna working with certain black styles of music, like some people dont like Bedtime Stories because of the R&B but I dont think that the majority of Madonna fans are totally deadset against her doing stuff with black artists. Just that nobody wants to see her feeling like a feature on her own album. Im just really conflicted about how I feel about Collaborations as a whole.

It's not just R&B, it's trip-hop as well.

What do you think the last IG story means?

Are we getting a collection of her 50 dance #1s? Reworked? Physical format?

Not with at least a new track?

These better be new remixes otherwise it’s just another boring GH which don’t even do well in the age of streaming when you can just make your own playlists.

it’s actually a bit of an odd list that’s really quite light on her more renowned 80’s stuff but love that there’s some odd ones on there.

And there actually more than 50 songs if you count the double As and You Can Dance tracks.

Like… It’d be cool to have

Angel

Causing A Commotion

Spotlight

Keep It Together

Fever

Nothing Really Matters

American Pie

Impressive Instant

American Life

Nothing Fails

Love Profusion

Nobody Knows Me

Get Together

Jump

Give It 2 Me

and the interscope singles on a Madonna compilation cause they wouldn’t stand a chance on a traditional two disc greatest hits and never have.

Her success in terms of total statistics is mind blowing when you actually dig into it, once they update her total album sales again it will be over 400 million units in total.

Madonna mentioned on her Instagram that once your taken off drugs anything sounds good. I wonder if she is telling us that she is off the painkillers now, it might have been one of her new years resolutions.

I believe she said; “Once you’ve taken enough drugs anything sounds good”…
