remember the files from Quo are 24bit and 88.2kHz .. this changes the range of the spectrum from the typical 44 or 48 which makes it look fake. i dont know if i made sense

Yeah but for some unknown reason, it is presented like that. So odd.

Just to clarify: the 7" version of Material Girl has the fan hitting sound effect like in the album version... which this is basically the album version they used.

and DHL is the devil as well.  Everything I order outside of Canada costs me a minimum of 25 dollars customs. Townsend packages cost me up to 60 dollars in customs. I never pay customs fee on any other shipper. frustrating.
