i said quite as a joke but then i thought: 50 (not counting the doble As) songs and many of them with a duration longer than the album version? how many cds are that 4? even 5? i don't think it will be released that way.. and let not start with the vinyls.

Also those 50 #1s include Interscope material that they dont have the rights until 2025.. can they release an album with Warner material mixed with Inter's?

At this point, watch them pull a Celebration and fuck up the tracklist and have a Spotify/Apple Music playlist instead of a remaster (which I think will be shitload of compression and a tiny high end boost on the EQ).

Good question! I got the list from an older post on drownedmadonna.com -- I think it came from the Billboard chart archives. This might be how they were issued as singles (hence Angel/Into the Groove). It includes You Can Dance (LP Cuts) and might be why Madonna referenced/included You Can Dance in her post? Not too sure. I added 2020 I Don't Search, I Find to the list. Are there other remixed promo/non-singles that were #1 Dance hits on the charts (Impressive Instant remix, Nobody Knows Me remix ... did those chart)? Also is Crave on this list?
