I was thinking the same about Kylie! however, i guess this list concern the USA market? i mean never heard of Carrie Underwood (really i dont mean this in a disprespectfull way - have no idea who this is)

I saw Celine live twice and both shows were amazing. She is the best female vocalist I have ever seen in concert.

that's because of the Vegas residency, a lot of smaller shows with a high revenue

The list featured 100 artists, but i couldnt crop it correctly w/o losing the top 10/20. I deleted the list after I did this. Ill try to find the rest
