Ukraine is not a member of the NATO, and interfering there would be considered an open start of global war. This is one of the reasons why the whole thing started, as Russia doesn't want Ukraine to join the NATO.

I’m not sure what country you live in but currently America is not able to sustain a war with Russia and nobody wants WW3. Which is likely if NATO troops are sent in.

Biden is not cashing in on anything since the weapons are being donated. And also America sent them a billion dollars so far on top of the military help
