It's an algorithm. If Material Girl or Hung Up have a consistent 200k daily streams over a year, it takes longer for a new 'hot' track to break through. It has to prove it has staying power, so to speak.

Yes but this is happen not only to Madonna, but as you can see this is another bad day for the Big Divas generally (except Shakira and again Madonna is the one that loose less)
